This spacious clean condo offers a Million Dollar view of the Gulf of Mexico from every room. The oversized bedroom offers to two Full sized beds, walk-in closet and full bathroom with tub and shower. The Living area offers a large leather sofa and loveseat, cable TV and balcony with a view of the Gulf. There is also a bonus half bath with laundry room in the entrance foyer.

The spacious and well-equipped kitchen offers everything required to prepare any type of meal. The dinning area is equipped with a nice table & chairs for four and three barstools at the counter.There is also local phone service and free Wi-Fi. The magnificent heated pool and deck area is surrounded with tropical landscaping.

Beach access is located directly across the street. Enjoy the many outstanding restaurants, shopping, golfing and the famous 'John's Pass' villages just minutes away.

Location location location

The view from condo was amazing. Great area to stay. Johns pass down a block and the beach across street. Lots of food and store steps away! John and Stan were great when we needed assistance. We hope to return soon! Thanks guys for helping us have a great vacay!

Summer Fun

We had a great time visiting Madeira Beach. Our unit was spacious and very clean. It is a home away from home and has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer and dryer in the unit is very convenient. My hubby loved the recliner. We loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. The beach is directly across the street and is easily accessible. The pool is large and very clean. The complex is very well maintained and is family oriented. You can rest and relax or explore. Activities and shopping are nearby. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the unit and his family. I look forward to staying here again.

Madeira Beach’s best kept secret!

My daughter (age 9) and I stayed here for 2 weeks in July and loved it. John and his family are the best and were so nice to daughter and I from the time we arrived. We couldn’t be more appreciative. The condo is clean and very comfortable and is stocked with plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas etc... The beach is directly across the street, a 3 minute walk. The pool is great after getting back from the beach. Sometimes we stayed at the pool all day. John’s Pass is less than a mile away, an easy walk if it’s not too hot. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer but we are already planning our trip here for next year. Thanks again for everything John, see you guys next summer!

Good location. Restaurants and a Publix and Winn Dixie close by. The property in general was nice with a lovely pool. Close to other areas of interest. The only drawback was that Gulf Boulevard is very busy and noisy.

Great place, great location

Stayed here for 1 month+. So nice to be right at the beach. Spent plenty of time in the pool as well. The owner (John) is accessible and friendly. Definitely open to staying here again.

GREAT CONDO & LOCATION!

The condo was very clean upon arrival. John the owner always responded immediately when we had questions. Stan the caretaker was very helpful as well. We were right across the street from the beach! We walked to most everywhere or took a cheap Uber ride. This is a great location and much cheaper than Clearwater Beach! The only negative for us was the floppy headboards on the beds (made it a little hard to getting down to business, but we made due). We would definately stay here again!!

3 month stay in Madeira Place

Condo could use some updating, but worked great for us. The bathroom was remodeled & was really nice. Big closet. Great location to the beach & just minutes from grocery stores & Walmart, CVS stores. Pool area was great, we enjoyed that. We had one of the few condos with an actual view of the gulf/beach. Had fun watching the Caddy's get finished & open up. Overall had a very enjoyable stay.

Christmas stay

Had a cruise booked that did not go so booked this instead for a family Christmas. Very good, spacious unit very close to Beach. Could have been warmer but that is not owners fault. Will definitely consider again in the future.

Better than expected

The condo was very well maintained and convenient to everything including direct across the street from the beach. The handyman Stanley made the trip that much better. He was very accommodating and made certain we did not want for anything.

Great condo for the price

The view when you get of the ocean when you first walk in the front door was amazing. This condo was very clean on arrival. Had all the basic things you would need for a short vacation. Only thing that could have been different was there was a tv in the bedroom but there wasnt any type of cable hooked up to that tv. Other than that our stay was perfect. The pool area was a nice touch because a few days the red tide was bad so we just stayed at the pool.

Wonderful place to stay!

The view is amazing and the first thing you notice when you walk in because you can see it from the door. The place is very spacious and has everything you need to have a nice relaxing vacation. The beach access is directly across the street and is one of the least crowded but most beautiful spots along the Madeira strip. We will be returning asap!

Great place to stay!

This property worked perfectly for our needs. There were just three of us and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was quite nice with all the comforts of home. From our balcony we could see the ocean which was a very easy walk across the street. And the beach there was perfect. The property also included a large, well kept pool which I only used once but was quite impressed at how well maintained it was. It also included laundry facilities which was a huge help. Cable TV and free wifi were also a nice convenience. This condo is situated in a quaint spot along Gulf Blvd and made it easy to eat and shop close by. I would definitely stay here again. It was a terrific value.
