If you've been looking for a comfortable and affordable beach getaway, look no further!! Sea View Cottage has everything to make a small family or group feel right at home.

This second row, 2 bedroom, one full bath cottage is a rare ranch-style, with everything you need on one floor & beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean throughout.

Sea View Cottage is on beautiful Topsail Island, NC, an exceptionally family friendly island with privately owned rental homes, unique stores and one-of-a-kind restaurants. Topsail Island is also conveniently midway between Wilmington and Jacksonville, NC.

The quiet, residential, ocean side neighborhood where Sea View Cottage sits is located in the historic one-mile stretch of the island once known as Ocean City Beach. Once a year, in July, this area is proud to be home to the Ocean City Jazz Fest. But, most of the time this part of the island is particularly quiet and restful, with no public parking and nearby beach access only available to renters and owners.

Sea View Cottage includes an open kitchen/living/dining area with plenty of windows to enjoy ocean views, 2 bedrooms and one full bath.

The cozy, fully-stocked kitchen has a glass-top range, cooking utensils, pots and pans, serving and dining utensils and a bar with stools. The dining room table seats 6.

The living room offers a comfortable couch and loveseat, with ottomans and a large round coffee table for games, pizza night or sorting through treasures found on the beach. It's the perfect space to curl up together and watch a good movie or read and relax. The TV has cable and streaming capabilities, so bring your login info for your favorite streaming apps.

Our bedrooms are generous and intentionally outfitted for maximum comfort. We want to give our guests a restful and relaxing space to retire to at the end of a day of sun and fun! One bedroom offers a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV with Roku streaming capability, closet and drawer space. The other bedroom boasts a twin over full bunk bed plus another twin bed, ceiling fan, tv with Roku streaming capability, closet and drawer space.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combination with plenty of towel bars, hooks and shelves for our guests to use.

Bonus: There is a sweet little sunroom space in the front of the house, off the living/dining room. It's open to the rest of the main area, but offers more seating for morning coffee, puzzles or just enjoying the sunshine.

The Cottage sits on 12' piers and there is a patio area underneath which offers shaded outdoor seating for those hot summer days. Guests will also find a utility room with a full size washer and dryer, as well as beach toys, boogie boards, etc.

A delightful outdoor shower can be found just to the side of the patio. With full privacy and views of the bright sky during the day and stars at night, we predict you'll never want to shower inside again!!

The safety of all of our guests is very important to us! So we take tropical storms and Hurricanes very seriously. Hurricane season runs from the beginning of June until the end of November, with the most activity happening between mid August and mid October. We monitor any storm that looks like it may impact the island and will communicate with guests who are in the cottage as well as guests who may be incoming. In the case of an evacuation or cancellation due to tropical storm or hurricane activity, guests will receive a full refund for unused time.
