You can launch your kayak, paddle board or just sit on the dock and enjoy the tidal creeks at Topsail in this perfectly tucked away spot in this highly sought after neighborhood in Surf City.
You will find the kitchen on the main floor along with the living room that opens to a deck overlooking the sound. There is wrap around cushioned seating and dining table along with a hammock swing to enjoy the neverending breeze from the waterway. Also on this floor is a bedroom and full bath.
The top floor has 2 bedrooms, one has an ocean view and the second bedroom is the master with a private deck featuring a beautiful, full-size hammock swing. From this deck the spiral staircase will lead you to the 3rd story Observation Deck boasting 2 Captain's Chairs. This view is amazing and a great place to watch the sunset over the sound or look for dolphins in the ocean.

We live nearby in Jacksonville, NC and we are available to assist immediately should anything come up during your stay. We bought this beautiful beach property in Spring of 2015.
Together we have 6 six children & 4 wonderful grandbabies.
We love our jobs but just as much we love relaxing at the beach and enjoying the company of each other and our family. We want to give you and your family the same experiences we've had here on Topsail Island.

Why they chose this property
You will fall in love with the serenity of the water views from all rooms in this beautiful home. You will especially enjoy the peacefulness of being directly on the waterway. We have a 6 person hot-tub to soothe your muscles and your mind. When you're done in the hot-tub, take a stroll down the lighted pier and relax on the small dock. You can fish, crab, watch the wildlife or enjoy a glass of wine. We've seen more species of birds from this dock than we ever dreamed imaginable.
What makes this property unique
There is something very special about this home that is hard to put into words. We searched the island for a property knowing exactly what we were looking for. As soon as we walked in, we both knew this was it! We haven't met anyone who didn't feel exactly the same after staying here. We like to treat our guests like family and your comfort is our primary concern. We love to travel and we have incorporated the very best parts of our travels into your vacation stay. You will find all the luxuries of home, a complete and furnished kitchen with all the upgrades.
We know that you have many options when choosing a place to stay for your vacation but we are always thankful and honored when you choose ours. We look forward to hearing from you!
