Exactly as described and pictures are accurate. The beds were comfortable and water pressure in the master was great (didn't shower in the others but no complaints). We really liked the big kitchen sink, the coffee maker and cool zip lock/foil organizer. Unfortunately, we couldn't find cookie sheets or potholders but were able to make do. We will definitely book this condo again!

We had a fabulous time and the house was perfect. The location is amazing and the house is beautifully furnished. The house was nice and cool when we arrived and we never had to touch the thermostat the entire week... the house stayed nice and cool the entire stay. It was so nice. The owner sent reminders about trash days and such. There was a welcome basket filled with household essentials and snacks. It was so sweet and thoughtful!

Sister/mom trip with 7 girls & this was the best place! We had plenty of room to sleep, get ready & just hang out. Very Very clean & the views are awesome! This property was clean, very convenient to the beach and places to eat, had lots of extras like shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers and some staples in the kitchen. The back deck was wonderful and the condo was well-appointed. We enjoyed the Adirondack chairs we could take to the beach. Ali was responsive when we asked questions or needed info.

Brought our sons and friends down for week. Location was fantastic, view was great and the townhouse was very nice. Could have used a little deeper cleaning in the bathrooms, definitely would have appreciated more towels! Kitchen was great on utensils but really needed a little larger pans when cooking for 7. Would definitely recommend this house and would come back for sure!

**PARADISE**

5 stars all around! You can't beat the condition and location. Easy access into the building and paradise waiting outside the other doors. We loved the covered deck and spent so much time out there. We loved the quiet of not being in a high rise and walking right out off our own porch into the sand. A very less busy part of the beach as well, but so close to Pier Park. Owners are excellent to work with and so responsive. We hope to visit again soon!
