Ariel Dunes II 201 *Beach access *3 Pools

This second floor condo (201), in Ariel Dunes II, has an expanded, covered balcony that wraps around to the eastern side of the building.  You can enjoy expansive views of the gulf as well as the 3 pools that Ariel Dunes offers. This unit features an updated and well decorated design with 3 bedrooms for the space and amenities needed for a great vacation. Just a short walk (literally 400 steps) to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 9 with a master bedroom that opens onto the plus sized balcony, and 2 guest bedrooms, each with full bathroom attached.  One of the guest bedrooms has it’s own balcony that overlooks the golf course on the northern side of the building. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, queen in one guest bedroom, and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full size bed on the bottom. Plus, there is a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Condo comes with in unit full size washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access.

Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

Amazing Condo

The stay was great. The pillows on the sofa need updating because they have some rips in them. The patio needs new furniture and security is great but also a problem because they kept disturbing our visit because of rented furniture left by the previous renters. It was a great place and I will vacation there again , especially if suggested updates are made.

This unit exceed our expectations very nice finish out, nice upgrades. The size of the unit is amazing very spacious and the outdoor balcony is massive compared to other units. Would totally stay here again.

Great location

We enjoy having a pool and the ocean in walking distance. The condo was spacious and was as advertised. The cleaning could definitely be better but we usually come prepared to do some cleaning on our own anyway.

Giant Condo

This place is huge. The patio is huge. Perfectly clean. Just a heads up, it doesn't come fully stocked like some of these condos with spices, garbage bags, etc. But that's clearly defined in the description, so we weren't caught off guard. Our boys loved the bunk bed. Slept like a rock each night. Great place!

Disappointing

Upon our arrival, we immediately noticed sand all over the floor, couches, and beds, as well as dirt (our white socks were black within 5 minutes of being there). The bed sheets and pillows had stains. The bathrooms were not cleaned either. Faucets had water stains and dust, mirrors weren’t cleaned, and bathtubs were dirty. The owner was quick to respond and send someone to clean it up, however, the only thing that was fixed was the floor. Everything else stayed the same and the owner never followed up. The kitchen was not fully stocked, and the dishes/utencils that were there, were old and dingy looking. We have stayed at Ariel Dunes many times, in many different rooms and this was by far our least favorite. Overall, would not recommend nor would we stay here again.

We love visiting Destin!I would recommend new utensils, as the several items in the drawer didn’t work. The rocking chairs outside were rusted and didn’t swivel/ rock due to falling apart underneath. I would also recommend bringing your own everything for household items, as they don’t supply or stock items such as toilet paper, laundry, dish soap etc. To improve the guest stay I would recommend beach chairs. Include that in the renal either by proving beach chair service or foldable beach chairs in the condo.
