Majestic Sun 301B at Seascape Resort is located directly across from the beach on the third floor and sleeps a total of 10. This newly updated vacation rental condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas, including the master bedroom! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


Upon entering this newly updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate up to 2 guests. The kitchen is features new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the appliances you would need for a home-cooked meal. The dining area can seat up to 6. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers an HDTV, remarkable Gulf views with access to the private balcony, and has its own private bath. The second bedroom is a king suite with an HDTV and a private bath. The third bedroom has two twin bunk beds, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room and sleeps a total of 10.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.

Great Stay!

We had a great Stay with great views. Very well stocked kitchen and we loved having a fan in the master bedroom. The property was very well monitored and quiet time was strictly enforced which was nice since the room was right above pool. The only thing I would suggest is new patio furniture it's way rusty and at least two garbage bags (there was only one). Oh and most importantly beds were comfy!

Beautiful beach and views

This condo was in the prefect location for us. It’s located right above the outdoor pool so with 6 teenagers we were easily able to keep our eyes on them. No worries about the noise in pool area. They strictly enforce the 10pm closing time. Plenty of space for all 8 of us in condo. Great location. Super clean resort. Walking distance to eat, shop, coffee house, on site souvenir shop. We cooked a lot during the week so our only suggestion would be to add more kitchen items such as pot holders, basic kitchen utensils, chopping knives etc. If you have favorite pieces you cook with you can always bring them! Had a great week and will be back!

However the condo itself was really run down. There was mold on the shower liner and curtain. The management company replaced the liner but not the actual curtain. The carpet in 2 of the bedrooms were very dirty and stained. The ladder for the bunk beds was almost broken on every step.one of the doors had a place that was almost punched in. I think with just a little work the condo could ne turned around. But I don't think we would stay ta this one again.

Kitchen faucet is leaking and I have asked to get it fixed, nothing yet. Master bedroom fan sounds like a jet taking off, I asked to get it fixed, nothing yet

The room wasn't the cleanest, the kitchen table was so sticky our cards would stick to it, the 2nd bedroom bathroom was tiny and had lots of small damages. The hot water wouldn't even allow two adults to take two full showers before going to ice cold water in the 2nd bedroom. The bunk beds were pieced together and should probably be replaced. The unit needed some TLC done to it. You could tell it hasn't been painted or damages fixed in some time. The building needed more signs to help point you in the right direction. The pools were nice. The location was nice. The view was amazing.

The dining table was not very nice and some of the chairs are broken. We had 8 people in our group and only 6 chairs were available. Some extra folding chairs would have been nice. The couch smelled like someone had vomited on it at some point so we had to cover it with a sheet. Everything else was nice and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything in it we needed. We enjoyed walking to the beach each day and using the pools. We also played pickleball and used the grills.

Worn out accommodations

The location was wonderful. Place itself was tired- stains on the kitchen seats, the couch, paint chipped off of the wood furnishings, black mold on the ceiling of one of the bathrooms. In addition the place has plenty of cockroaches, big and small. In the kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and even in the washer. It was gross. They had to spray twice. Also only one beach chair so that was inconvenient. Would not stay in this condo again but would stay at Majestic again.

Great location !!!

Awesome location, but condo itself might need a little attention to, hallway restroom especially. Shower head need to be replaced to reduce water pressure, a little renovation would be great in there too. 3rd bed room with bunk bed, both bunk beds are very squeaky, might need to re-tight nuts, other bunk bed might need more wood to supports the top bed.. other than that, unit is good for family vacation.

Spring break getaway

We had a fantastic time at this property. Our condo was tastefully decorated and clean, and the entire facility was cleaned. We witnessed daily morning cleanings/sanitizations of the pools, hot tubs, and patio areas. Our first two days, one hot tub was freezing cold and one was lukewarm. However, maintenance took care of both right away. Then the issue was that they were almost too hot and everyone had to inch their way in. The few negative things in our actual condo were that the bunk beds were very rickety to the point that we didn't feel safe with anyone sleeping on the tops. I got no response about this when reporting it. Also, the bedroom windows cannot be opened which seems like a huge safety/fire violation. It was so stuffy at night because the AC can't be turned down below 72. Everyone had a hard time sleeping with no air flow and hotter temps. Lastly, the kitchen table needs some work. It appears to have been painted, but not well or with the correct paint because it is permanently sticky no matter how much it is washed.
