Matt and Rachel were fantastic providing exceptional communication including Burfwr Battle recommendations. The house was very comfortable, nicely decorated and well supplied. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice.The backyard was perfect for Herbie and Kirby, our Bichons, and they had a lovely stay as well, that included a memory foam.bed provided by Matt and Rachel. The location is a nice older neighborhood near Sanford. It was quiet and peaceful and easy to get downtown. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

I've been retired from the USAF since 2022. Now, I love hosting people when they stop by Sioux Falls and leave feeling happy and refreshed!

I am a huge foodie and golfer, if you need any recommendations just ask! I love spending time with friends and family.

I am apart of a local non-profit for Veterans called: One Leg B4 the Other - we put pants on homeless and disabled veterans. Our mission is to support veterans facing weight changes or hardship, helping restore comfort, dignity, and confidence as they transition to civilian life.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is cozy, family friendly and the location is prime! Sanford hospital is less than a block away and anything you would like to do is in close proximity.

The best dining and entertainment that Sioux Falls has to offer is only minutes away: downtown, Great Plains Zoo, Great Shots, collegiate sports (Augie and USF) and the event centers such as the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Convention center, Fairgrounds and the VA.

What makes this property unique

The cozy home is warm and welcoming. Our guests love the fenced in back yard, big screen tv, additional TV in the bedroom, bar-style foosball table and indoor putting green.

We pride ourselves on customer service and we want to ensure you have the best experience staying with us. We also choose high quality mattresses that are top notch! We use the brand of beds called JUNA and our guests love them.
