Beautiful Home

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay here. We each had our own bedroom. It took only 15 minutes to get to the places we wanted to go to in Sioux Falls.

Cozy house

We had a bunch of friends get together. It was nice to have our own rooms. There was plenty of space. The rec eoom was a great place to hang out and watch TV.

Comfortable Stay

Several friends/co-workers and I were in town for a short retreat/conference. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed for our short stay in Sioux Falls. The house was also conveniently located to the conference location which made for a very quick 5 minute commute each day.

This house had all the space and things we needed and was close to all the activities we had going on! Beds were comfortable, house was very clean and being able to use the garage was a plus! We will likely stay here again!

Perfect spot!

This was a great spot for our family! Enough bedrooms for 3 different families and plenty of room to spread out. We all enjoyed the rec room downstairs. Decor was cute. Will stay here again!

Just like home

Very comfortable house. Beds were high end. Really cool games in the basement. Loved the kitchen. They even had a Christmas tree in the front room! Would definitely stay there agan.

We had a reunion with several from out of town who stayed at the home. The listing was accurate and fit our needs. Everything was clean and great for all. The only "complaint" would be communication prior to the stay was delayed, but not a huge deal. Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay

This duplex worked out so well for our family. We were in town for a wedding, so my mom, brother & wife, sister, niece, nephew, and my husband and I stayed for the weekend. My husband and I got to stay in the master bedroom (the king bed is SO comfortable). The bedrooms are all equipped with light-blocking curtains which was really nice for sleeping. The kitchen is well appointed (plates, bowls, glasses, a whole set of pots and pans, mixing bowls, blender, coffee maker and coffee, a variety of utensils and baking sheets...and more that I can't recall right off). It is simply and nicely decorated with the same color scheme throughout. The access to the two-car garage was handy since we had four vehicles to deal with. The one minor drawback is that it is on a very busy street so there is some road noise at bed time and backing out of the drive can be a little challenging during certain times of the day. We appreciated the extra throws/blankets that were provided in every bedroom and in the living room too. My 20-something nephew stayed in the lowest level on a hideaway bed so even he had his own space. The laundry area is handy and there was also an iron and small ironing board. A lot of effort has gone into making this place very user friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This home is perfect for a group. We have 7 kids and there was plenty of room. 4 levels of home plus a great deck, and very clean. The garage was a great bonus. The location is easy to get to and in town. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks!!

Perfect Fit

We were in Sioux Falls for state wrestling and had family join us from surrounding areas to cheer on our wrestler. It was a perfect fit for a family of all ages to gather to play games and visit when we weren’t cheering for our team at the Sanford Premier Center. We will likely request this property again!
