beautiful penthouse view

This condo is kept in impeccable condition and has a great view of the intercoastal. It's walking distance to the water taxi that goes to Fort Lauderdale and it's a 20 minute walk to the broadwalk.

Relax in the sun

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was exactly as described in the VRBO site and the owner was very receptive to our concerns and easy to communicate with him. We liked the fact that from pool we could rich the beach and I like to walk on the beach each morning. They are a lot of restaurants and shopping places not far away from the building. To rich the Hollywood boardwalk we need to drive and each time pay for parking. Overall we had a very good time.

The location was excellent. Even though we had a vehicle, we could walk to most places. There was plenty of dining options. There were two grocery stores within one or two kilometers of our condo. Our host met us the first evening we arrived and showed us where everything was and how things worked in our complex. He was very helpful.

Relaxing open view. Very friendly owner

Very well equipped apartment for a quiet vacation. Direct access to Hollywood beach is a great enjoyment. The check - in process with the owner was very simple, communication always online. He also helped us with many procedures that we had to carry out in the city. He is attentive to all the details that one might need, the Wi-Fi works excellent for use in the home office, it even has an exclusive telephone line for emergencies We have found in him and his wonderful wife, containment in difficult moments in our stay. We are very grateful to both of them for all the help they selflessly provided. A place where we would certainly like to return. The location is ideal and highly recommended to enjoy South Florida. Thank you, thank you very much Carlos!!!

Carlos communicated exceptionally well prior to my stay and was so welcoming and at the ready to help with any and everything that might make our time here enjoyable. The property was charming and very clean-clearly much care had been taken in that regard and that was extra appreciated in this time of Covid. We simply could not have been happier with our experience here! I highly recommend.

Fabulous Location

We spent 6 weeks at this condo. The condo is lovely and spacious. You can walk to many restaurants and grocery stores. The pool area is large and there is plenty of sun or shade depending on what you want. Carlos is a great condo owner. He is very helpful in getting you settled in to the condo.

Carlos Is Heaven

I must say this was the best vacation experience of my life. Carlos the owner did everything to make this perfect. The location is perfect the view spectacular and the condo is pristine with everything you need. I saved the best for last Carlos the owner was the best.
