Pura Vida is a stylish, cheerful beach home located in the oceanfront community of Shorepine Village. Designed for relaxed coastal living, this charming townhome blends comfort, thoughtful amenities, and a fun beachy vibe—making it a wonderful retreat for families and small groups looking to enjoy the Oregon Coast.
The entry level features an open and welcoming great room with a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room that flow easily together. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a convenient eating bar, while the dining table provides plenty of space for family meals, board games, or planning the next day's beach adventures. In the living room, a cozy gas fireplace creates the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sand.
Upstairs you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, including a relaxing primary suite with its own full bathroom. A fun bunk room makes this home especially appealing for kids, giving them their own cozy place to sleep, play, and make vacation memories.
The beach is just a short and easy walk away along the neighborhood's scenic paved pathways that wind through the shore pines and dunes toward the ocean. Guests also have access to the garage, where you'll find bikes for both kids and adults—perfect for cruising around the neighborhood or exploring the nearby trails.
Pura Vida is thoughtfully stocked for a family holiday, with games, toys, and books to keep younger guests entertained when they're not building sandcastles or splashing in the surf. With its welcoming atmosphere, playful touches, and ideal location near the beach and the iconic views at Cape Kiwanda, this home makes it easy to settle in, relax, and enjoy the laid-back spirit of Pacific City.

2 bedroom townhome. Garage is available. Main level entry has nicely stocked kitchen, large dining table, eating bar, living room with comfy furniture and gas fireplace and 1/2 bath. There is a nice sunny back patio with hot tub & BBQ. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with queen bed, TV and full bath with shower. Another bedroom with queen bed. And cute twin/twin bunk room with kids toys and TV. There is a full bath with tub in the hallway.
Parking: Maximum 2 Cars

Centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, this new beachfront neighborhood is set among the dunes and snuggled down behind a grass-covered fore dune. Shorepine Village is maintained with pride and governed by strict CCR's for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.

We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Our nearby office is staffed 7 days a week ensuring that homes and guests are taken care of if any needs arise. We look forward to accommodating your next beach trip. Please contact us anytime for more information. Most homes require guests to be at least 24 years old.
Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
