This beautifully furnished home has 4 bedrooms, a cozy firepit, outdoor grill, board games & more. Just minutes from the Waxahachie Square, where there is dining, shops and breweries plus it's super close to jump on the highway. Located on a quiet street right next to a park with a Freebie golf course, miles of running trails, basketball court & more!

This lovely house has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. 1 master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, 3 guest rooms with a queen bed in each.

The house comfortably sleeps 8 adults in the beds but you are welcome to bring up to 10 people, w/ kids or if you'd like someone to sleep on one of the couches.

The house was in a nice location and really great. Enjoyed our stay, house was clean and equipped with everything needed for a fun weekend and a cookout. Grill was old and rusty but did the job. Master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house, would recommend bringing a fan. Pool and hottub was a nice amenity. Would recommend

Kids enjoyed the hot tub but the house and fence need some repairs. Side gate wouldn’t close and it was kind of hanging. My husband couldn’t get it closed but We came home after the first day and someone had managed to close it. There were lots of pool toys but they were mostly all moldy. Dishwasher isn’t anchored in so almost falls out when you open the door. Some cabinet doors are hanging down because hinges are loose. Flooring needs some repairing and our pillow cases in master bedroom had stains as did some of the furniture. There were throws and pillows used to try to cover the stains. I sent owners a pic of a ripped pillow when we first got there, so it couldn’t be blamed on us but after finding all the other things I didn’t want to keep sending pics so just photographed to document the time. It was just us 2 old people the first 24 hours and we were gone most of that time except at night to sleep. We are STR owners ourselves and we realize things happen that owners might not be aware of immediately but these things looked to not be new issues. Cat door and cat locks indicated cats lived there at one time and the smell is still present. This could be a nice place with some work and a deep clean and possibly replace the stained cloth furniture and carpet. I washed the throw on the sofa because it had a very unpleasant odor and I washed the pillow cases but stains didn’t come out and there was no bleach. I’m not a complainer but I feel like these issues need addressed.

Hi Janie - thank you for bringing these things to our attention. We will get on them right away. No we were not aware of anything but the fence from the neighbor dog damaging it but we had already fixed that since your stay (fixed within a week of finding out). We will get on top of double checking for stains as we are often changing things out and bringing a professional upholstery/carpet cleaner in. We would have loved for you to reach out for anything more than just the small tear in a throw pillow at the seam which has also already been repaired. Sorry those things impacted your stay and it wasn’t considered a 5-star stay.

Family Reunion in Waxahachie

This home was clean, well located, and had ample space for our guests. The two sitting areas, two dining areas, and back yard allowed us to have nice visits with family members. The nearby park was a plus. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions.

We had a great 2 week stay in Waxahachie. Taylor was great to work with. We had a bit of an issue and had to move in quickly. The house was ready for us and had no issues our entire stay. It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major highways. The highlight was definitely the hot tub! Would recommend.

Hot tub heaven

House was amazing, hot tub and pool was perfection. Only suggestion is more kitchen gadgets and a little update to the outdoor furniture. Highly recommend this location it was great and the host was fantastic. If we travel that way again we would stay for sure!

Family wedding weekend!

We stayed at this house for the weekend of my brother's wedding. There were 6 adults and one toddler. There was plenty of room for us to have our own space but also be comfortable in the living spaces to visit. It was a short drive to restaurants and stores. We highly recommend this house to anyone needing to spend time in the area!
