Full bath, full kitchen, Wi-Fi. Waterfalls (same height as Niagara) in front yard, private ski hill in back yard (OK to hike it). 6+ acres, quiet. Beautiful views. Pool.

Why they chose this property
This is the only property you can rent that is close to Chittenango Falls, same height as Niagara! Ski hill in back yard is private (Cazenovia Ski Club) but I can help you buy a pass there. Lots of walking paths with pairs of chairs, large hammock, outdoor pool. Great views! Very private and quiet. Free indoor parking, free Wi-Fi, free laundry facilities, free Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Pandora, etc.
