It has a front and back staircase with all the original wood work and original refinished wood floors. There is a front and back porch to enjoy for a nice cup of morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. This house can sleep up to 8 comfortably. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time with your family in both the living room and the back den. This house offers cable and internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, and all linens and towels are provided.

My husband and I just purchased this house in March. We live in Raleigh, NC with our 2 kids and 2 dogs. We are very excited to be able to come back to my hometown during certain times of the year. I grew up in Cazenovia and have many family and friends still there. We feel very lucky to own this house and be able to bring our family back to my hometown and enjoy the holidays and the summer in upstate NY.

Why they chose this property

Growing up in Cazenovia, I lived outside the village. My grandparents lived in the village and I loved being there and being able to walk in to town and to all of my friends houses. I also always dreamed of owning an older, more historic house.
