The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 2025, which are expected to be completed by April 2026.
This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access is available and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period. Currently there is beach access at Tower 1.

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The email with the door code is sent TO THE PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS USED TO BOOK YOUR STAY. Pool bands (8) are in the condo.

This condo is located at the Long Beach Resort and is in Tower 2 on the 9th floor. The unit number is 903. There are two beach chairs with an umbrella included in the rental from March 01, 2026 through October 31, 2026. Internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo.

During the month of March, there is no alcohol allowed on the sandy beach and beach access is typically restricted by the City of Panama City Beach from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Alcohol is allowed at all pool areas during this time.

From the moment the door is opened, the breathtaking views and the attention to detail are all around. Everything about this 9th floor condo will please your senses. The well supplied and updated kitchen, complete with upgraded cabinets and granite counter tops, makes preparing meals a breeze. Seating for the entire family is not a problem. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar seats two. provides a cozy and comfortable place to wind down after a beautiful day at the beach.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed , a private master bath with NEW WALK-IN SHOWER, double vanity with granite counter top, floor to ceiling windows, and a private door to the balcony with new balcony furniture

The guest bedroom sleeps four in brand new queen beds. Guests sleeping in this room also a private full bath with over-sized garden tub, double vanity with granite counter top, floor to ceiling windows, and private door to the balcony.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort has 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. A poolside bar and grill is conveniently located at the Lagoon Pool.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building--not across the street--not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage!

Super Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are within walking distance or just a short drive away.

This is a NON-SMOKING Condo, pets are NOT allowed, and renter MUST BE 28 years of age or older.

This condo is not available for monthly winter rentals.
