Indulge your inner chef in the modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to prepare favorite recipes. Water sports gear rentals are seasonally available.
Guests will need to directly pay the resort a $50 registration fee upon arrival, which covers parking passes and armbands. Guests may purchase one additional parking pass for $30.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice Condo/Clean

My husband stayed in this condo with two teenagers. They all had a great time and there was plenty of space for them all to have their own area to sleep and get ready. The owner was attentive and made sure the stay was perfect. Thank you.

Great time at the beach!

We enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend bringing extra pillows if you are a pillow snob like myself. The beds are not the most comfortable but overall everything was fine. Would stay again!

The room was pretty nice and clean. Maybe needs some air fresheners. Had a few things that need work done like the wfront door lock and the closet door was off the tracks but they didn’t hinder our stay. The balcony had a great view of the beach and the strip. Has a great amount of room. Would suggest to others

In town for a wedding

PCB isn’t our normal destination, but because we had a wedding to attend, we made the venture. The condo was exactly what we thought it would be and what we needed. The only thing we didn’t like was the location. It really wasn’t a family oriented environment. Loud music until late at night was tough with young children trying to sleep.

The place was nice, but I could not see it accomodating 6 people as advertise at the most 4. The Tub in the bathroom could use a anti slip mat or anti slip tape added. There was a ironing board but no iron. After contacting the Host a new iron was delivered on the 3rd day of my stay.

The view. Even though it's across the street from the beach you still can see the beach. Pack a broom and dustpan because there's not in the condo. We had sand on our feet, which is to be expected, but no way to sweep it up. The bed linens we're not that great, kinda worn out. Couldn't keep the fitted sheet on the bed. Also the master mattress needs replaced seemed lumpy and soft. The bathrooms needs a shower wand in the shower to get the sand out of your personal regions.

Cute room but not clean

The room is really cute however, they need better cleaners. Pull out couch had popcorn stuck in it. There was bugs in the light fixtures and very dusty. Kitchen cabinets had crumbs in them. Stove had dry food stuck to it. Back door doesn’t lock assuming it’s broke. When you walked around your feet got dirty like solid black from the balcony. I honestly think it’s bizarre you have to take your own trash off when had to pay a cleaning fee.

Decent stay

I expected more for the price, but maybe that’s standard for the area. The unit looked and smelled clean when we arrived, but after being there an hour or so our feet were filthy. It didn’t seem like the unit had been mopped in awhile. Like I said, everything about the stay was fine. And the view was fantastic. The major issue I have is the email I received ahead of our arrival was that we would need to pay a $30 registration fee upon check in for our parking pass and wristbands. The front desk at the unit was manned by security staff who didn’t seem familiar with interacting with guests and we were charged $50 for registration and wristbands. I double checked the email I received to verify the $30 fee and it was listed as $30. When I reached out to the property host they responded via email that “they were sorry for the confusion, but the information was not wrong. The charge is $50.” It was extremely frustrating that they did in fact send the wrong info to me and wouldn’t even try to make it right.

Wonderful!

I loved that it was clean, affordable, Ocean view. It is close to almost everything. This part of the beach is quiet with a more family atmosphere. The parking is mostly in a garage, which you can take the elevator. It makes it easy to leave beach stuff in the vehicle and easy to unload and pack up. Water is GORGEOUS. I took two teenagers and they loved the pool at Tower II. Way better than the other. Close walk to the pier, shopping, and short drive to Pier Park and the State Park. Book it, it’s nice.

Panama Trip

The condo and resort were beautiful and the view of the gulf was amazing. We didn't have bath towels, soap, and washcloths when we first arrived but we called Vacasa and got 2 towels for 3 people and soap and a bunch of washcloths. Other than not enough towels and toilet paper the stay gets a 10/10 and I will definitely be back
