About this property

Waterfront, large covered boat slip provided, carport for 1 plus xtra parking

This rental has complete kitchen with cooking utensils, full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and table that is also great for cards or family games. It has a flat screen tv with dish network, has a dvd player, a living area with 1 couch, a futon, and a daybed that can be used for sleeping and 2 comfortable recliners, plus the ac works great! The bathroom is roomy with a shower and vanity area with plenty of space. The bedroom has a queen size bed with two alcoves with twin size mattresses, there is also a full size front load washer and dryer. It has 1000 ft of deck space with chairs that look down at the water with stairs leading directly to the boat dock and lake. You have use of a covered boat dock with a 13' x 34' boat slip for your use during your stay you can also swim at the dock there is a ladder, it is also great for fishing. There is a boat ramp nearby to launch your boat. This rental is just a short distance by water from the party place Dripping Springs. It definitely has something for everyone if privacy is what you want you can relax there in the quiet cove or if you want lake action you are not far from it. There is a covered carport for one car. If staying on weekend, must book for Friday and Saturday night, if during Sunday-Thursday, 2 night minimum.
There is also a $100.00 refundable cleaning fee.

We had a great stay. This cabin was the perfect weekend get away for our family of 5. Clean and ready for us. The owner went above and beyond to help us find the home, directed us to the marina to launch our boat and where to park our trailer. We thoroughly enjoyed fishing and hanging out on the dock. Great location. Very quiet & beautiful We had boat trouble & everyone tried to help us get it fixed. Nice grocery store at corner as you head to rental. Clearwater marine very close to launch boat. You do need to be aware lots of stairs you have to carry you stuff down to & more to lake.

Quiet spot on the lake

Overall happy with our stay here. The location was perfect for a quiet lake getaway. My kids loved fishing and swimming off the dock. The cabin is the lower level of the house. Would suggest not to stay with a baby (2 or under) there’s a lot of stairs/steep edges outside. And most of the outlets in the cabin are on the floor and was hard to keep my 1 year old out of them.

Grand Cabin on Grand Lake !

Very nice lake cabin setting -Tony was an awesome host and very helpful. Cabin has everything. Easy to find - Google maps takes you right to the cabin or follow the Tomahawks on the trees. If you are are looking for a great lake getaway... THIS IS IT! The location, cabin decor... bucks, fish, signs, etc... nice ..., carport that fit our 2500 HD extended cab Z71 Truck, covered boat slip right off the big deck and more than enough room for our 22' Boat, with a short distance to the no wake buoys and the main Southern end of Grand Lake, the ramp was very close at Clearwater Bay Marina -parked our boat trailer there for the stay - Mike and the guys there were awesome too. Did not want to leave and can't wait to go back.

Very nice set up. Pretty flowers around the yard. Covered boat dock is awesome. Lots of stairs so be prepared if stairs are hard for you. Was kinda disappointed at the worn out patio furniture. I wasnt sure the chairs around the table were safe to sit in. There was quite a bit of water damage around the cabin also. Due to sensitivities to mold I was up coughing every night. For the most part I was satisfied tho.

Great location and extremely clean!

This was our second stay here and we absolutely love it! Perfect location on the lake for water activities, marinas, and restaurants on the water. Cabin is exceptionally clean with all the necessary amenities. Beautiful, peaceful views all around, and enjoyed spending the evenings outside on the large deck. Access to the boat slip is a huge bonus! We look forward to staying here again!

Property was well stock with all basic necessities; toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen everything. A grill (didn't get time to use) we decided not to cook and to find restaurants to eat out. There were too many steps at our age to go up & down. Glad we didn't bring alot of food with us. Out of state fishing license was $15 for 1 day. We opted not to fish. Brought bikes but the roads around this cabin were not safe to venture out. Stayed at the cabin and played cards on the deck. Weather was perfect!! It was a relaxing stay.
