Exceeding expectations!
First time booking through this app or any service like this so I was pretty nervous. I booked this venue for a small adult game night. First the pictures do the venue no justice. It is much more spacious and the view and surrounding neighborhood is beautiful. The host is super resourceful and made a Canva link with a portfolio to help you with the codes to maneuver the venue as well as checking in via text prior to and throughout your stay. There are a lot of codes but it’s clear and concise and understood given safety concerns. The guests and myself thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were told that the venue made it more than memorable. Also a great place if you’re into taking pictures!

Great Event Space, Very Difficult Host
This listing is for an Event space. All communication must be made through the VRBO app which does not allow you to provide a means to communicate outside of the app. As such, I made sure I was able to access the event space the day before the event for setup and also that all furniture would be removed BEFORE I entered into the contract with the host. She agreed that she would have all furniture removed and that I could access the space the day before at 3pm. At that time I booked the space and made full payment. I arrived at 3pm the day before the event and was told by salon downstairs that I should have received an email advising how to get access to the space. I checked the app and their were no instructions that were sent to me. The salon contacted the host and provided her my phone number. When she called she was agitated and chastised me because I did not remind her I was coming. What?? I was taken aback but i just needed the access info so that the party rental folks could get in to deliver the table and chairs and I could start setting up. She then texted me the access info and I went up to the space. Lo and behold none of the furniture was removed as agreed. Also the bathroom was not even cleaned. I immediately tried contacting her at the number provided but was told they would give her the message to call me. She did call back very quickly but was extremely agitated and proceeded to scream at me that I should not have had the expectation that the furniture would be removed when I got there and that she would have it removed sometime that night. After I reiterated that we agreed that I would be setting up for the event at 3 today and she again said I should have reminded her that i was coming at 3, I had enough of this rude woman. My husband and son had to remove the furniture. The party rental delivered the tables and chairs and we were able to set up. The next morning when I entered the space, all of the furniture she was supposed to remove was still in the hallways. We quickly went out and got a curtain to cover them up. The event space is beautiful but dealing with this host is extremely difficult and not worth the cost. BEWARE.
