Log house pearl in the green

Welcome to our lovingly designed, free-standing log house with approx. 46 sqm living space on a 600 sqm plot with a secluded, well-kept garden.
2 terraces and a covered patio and 2 parking spaces are available.
Our accommodation is a good starting point to explore Oldenburg, Rastede, Bad Zwischenahn, East Frisia and the North Sea coast etc.
The log house is well suited for couples, vacationers, business travelers and short-term renters.
WiFi and smart TV available.

Lovingly furnished wooden house on 600 square meters of land.
The entire garden can be used by guests. Terrace furniture is available. 2 sun loungers with cushions and parasol. BBQ facilities.

We live in the house next door (Neusüdender Weg 37c - one driveway beforehand) and are always happy to provide information, tips and assistance about accommodation and the region. An information folder with lots of useful information is available in the house.

Shops, doctors, pharmacies and banks, petrol stations etc. can be reached in sufficient numbers in 3-5 minutes (by car).

The 304 bus takes you to the center of Oldenburg in 15 minutes. The bus stop can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Relax in de stad. Het huisje ligt heel rustig met een prachtige tuin. Is van alles voorzien. Winkel in de buurt. En met de bus de stad in geweest. Ook de omgeving van Oldenburg is de moeite waard voor een verblijf.

sehr schönes Häuschen

Das Blockhaus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, an alles ist gedacht worden. Man kann sich dort sehr wohl fühlen. Auch der Garten ist wunderbar - uneinsehbar, sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt!

Prima huis, echt een blockhausperle. Van binnen ruim, netjes en schoon. Mooie tuin, voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Huis ligt aan de rand van Oldenburg. Het centrum van Oldenburg is goed met de bus te bereiken.

Für die Nacht zu schade

Wir haben das MPS in Rastede über das Himmelfahrtswochenende besucht. Dementsprechend waren wir nur zum schlafen in der FeWo. Aber die FeWo mit der Anlage und der Stille war so schön dass es uns jeden Früh schwer gefallen ist die Wohnungen zu verlassen. Alles, was man auch zu Hause für den Alltag benötigt, war vorhanden und die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Parkplatz ist ebenso vorhandenen wie ein sehr schön gepflegter Garten. Sitz-und Liegegelegenheiten draußen sind auch da. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein kleiner Schmuckstück

Mein Sohn und ich haben ein paar tolle Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Immer wieder schön

Wir waren nun zum 6. Mal zu Gast in der Blockhausperle und haben unseren Aufenthalt wie immer sehr genossen. Das Haus ist äußerst gemütlich, sehr liebevoll dekoriert, hat eigentlich alles an Ausstattung, was man so braucht, die Betten sind bequem und jetzt im Sommer kann man ganz wunderbar auf der Terrasse in dem sehr schön angelegten Garten sitzen. Dank der Schallschutzwand ist auch die direkt neben dem Grundstück verlaufende Bahnlinie kein allzu großer Störfaktor. Wir werden auf jeden Fall gerne auch ein 7. Mal wiederkommen :-).

Wunderschöne Blockhausperle

Wir waren begeistert von der geschmackvollen Einrichtung und Funktionalität. Super sauber. Schöner Außenbereich. Ruhige Lage. Einfach ein toller Urlaub. Trotz Abwesenheit der Vermieterin kümmerte sich bei Bedarf ganz lieb Ihr Vater um unsere Probleme.

Schöne Auszeit!

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab sogar zur Begrüßung einen Wein, Bier und Knabberkram. Das Blockhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Meinem Partner und mir hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Tolles Objekt

Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Blockhaus. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super schnell und freundlich. Einzige Manko war die fehlende Tischtennisplatte, aber das ist nun wirklich kein Negativpunkt. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Ein sehr schön gelegenes, sauberes, schnuckliges Häuschen. Trotz Bahnstrecke hinterm Haus sehr ruhig und keine Belästigung dadurch. Bester Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren in alle Richtungen. Super

der Empfang vom Vermieter war sehr freundlich es gab zur Begrüßung bkalte Getränke . Der Eigentümer hatte immer ein offenes ohr für Fragen .... wir würden jederzeit wieder in der "Perle " übernachten .

Gemütliches Häuschen, aufmerksamer Empfang.

Bei scheußlichem Wetter empfing uns ein warmes sehr gemütliches und sauberes Häuschen. Alles war aufmerksam bereitet. Für die Gemütlichkeit stand eine Kerze nebst Streichhölzern bereit. Für Mußezeit nette Zeitschriften. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, als Begrüßung sogar eine Spezialität- Oldenburger Bier im Kühlschrank. Alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine tolle Woche in Oldenburg

Das Haus ist wirklich eine „Perle“ in Oldenburg. Es ist supergemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt selbst eine Wärmflasche gegen kalte Füße. Ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen, wenn ich unsere Kinder in Oldenburg besuche.

Gemütliches Häuschen mit sehr netten Vermietern

Wir haben die Feiertage und den Jahreswechsel in dem liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Blockhäuschen verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir durften uns sogar über eine Begrüßungsüberradchung freuen. Das Haus ist sauber und bietet jeglichen Komfort wie Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und Backofen, WLAN und sogar ein Smart-TV. Die Lage ist wirklich ruhig und bietet alles was man sich zum entspannen wünschen kann. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.
