Apartment "Krabbe" in Ammerland, near the North Sea in a quiet location.

Our new (renovated in 2022) holiday rental is located in the beautiful Ammerland region.<br> The 70-square-meter apartment features a large kitchen, a bedroom, a living room, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The apartment is on the ground floor. <br>There is no parking on the property. There are plenty of parking spaces in the immediate vicinity (within a 100-meter radius). You may park in the courtyard for loading and unloading.<br><br>A quick update in August ’24: We’ve set up a small smoking area. Non-smokers are, of course, welcome to sit there as well.<br><br>A quick update in October ’22: The living room now has a larger TV, and the bedroom also has a TV.<br><br>From here, you can take wonderful day trips throughout Lower Saxony, Bremen, and Hamburg every day. Spend a day at the coast, visit a North Sea island, take a trip to the zoo, go on a bike ride to the Zwischenahner Meer, visit the Park der Gärten, spend an evening at the casino, go go-karting, take a pedal boat out, explore the climbing forest, or simply relax for a day at the Beach Club Nethen. Thanks to good bus and train connections, many places can be reached even without a car. A day of shopping in Oldenburg, Bremen, Hamburg, or even Groningen (NL) is easy to plan, as is a visit to many other attractions, such as the Klimahaus in Bremerhaven or the Jaderberg Animal and Leisure Park.<br>For holidaymakers arriving by bike, a bike shelter is available, complete with charging stations for e-bikes.<br>This area is not locked, so you must secure your bikes yourself.
