Everything was amazing, took us a bit to figure out tiny home living but we got it down. The views from the porch were amazing morning and evening. We enjoyed local wine while soaking in the hot tub after a day of walking. Don't let the driveway comments worry you it is paved and easily handled. We did encounter a problem with the door lock but a quick phone call and Tam had us taken care of. Highly recommend staying here!
We had an amazing time on our honeymoon, and it was even better because we were able to bring our dogs with us. The place was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The view from the hot tub was beautiful and made the trip even more special. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful time there and it was very nice. The only issue we had was the noise of acorns falling on the tin roof the entire night in the loft making it difficult to sleep at times. We would stay here again.
The view matched the photos and the host was great. A storm knocked a tree and blocked the driveway, Tam had someone clear it in an hour. The driveway is intimidating but our Corolla made it up just fine.Tiny home was cute but the thermostat was a bit hard to figure out.
I thought it was all good until there was a cockroach in the kitchen

Thank you for your feedback. We were surprised to see your comment, as we take cleanliness and pest control very seriously. Since your stay, we’ve hosted several guests and haven’t received any similar reports. We have a monthly professional pest control service, and they may have placed preventative measures for pests, including roaches—but this does not indicate an active issue. That said, we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention and will continue to stay vigilant to ensure every guest has a great experience.
Not only was this the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in, but the view was gorgeous, the property was close to town, and the property manager was very easy to work with. This stay was a 10/10 for us!
The location of this well kept, clean, & cozy cabin was absolutely perfect!! Easy access to all the area has to offer on vacation.
The views took my breath away as I stepped out each morning.
Highly recommend the stay here :). It was perfect for hubby & I.
The Tiny House was exactly what I expected. It was clean, cozy and welcoming! As a solo traveler (with my dog), I felt safe and had great communication with the owner. The steep driveway is a bit scary the first couple times!😜 I really enjoyed my stay.
We loved this little home. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into everything provided. The view was amazing, and yes the driveway was STEEP on another level, but that seemed normal for the area. It’s close proximity to breakfast, coffee, basic groceries, while still having that isolated mountain feel. The only downside was that the toilet was a little finicky but that’s expected with a tiny home on a sewer line. Everything else was modern and updated. Great place!
Tiny home was exactly as pictured, view from the hot tub matches the picture. Everything was clean and well kept. The driveway is steep, but it's not that bad really. I think most people aren't used to driving in hills and backroads when they visit mountain areas so it's nerve wracking if you're not used to it.Inside the cabin, the one heads up for guests is the acorns on the tin roof depending when you visit they may not be falling but in the fall season you'll hear them. It's not an issue but if you're not aware I could see it scaring someone when something smacks the tin roof.No issues at all with the home or amenities provided, was a great stay and would revisit
When we got to the property, we quickly realized that the description of the driveway was definitely downplayed. STEEP is an understatement! There were a few times that our truck literally rolled backward when trying to make it to the house at the top. There is a pretty dangerous drop on either side of the driveway. You have to speed up so much to make it all the way up if you’re in a truck or van that you can literally drive off the side of the road at the top if you don’t stop in time. The owner says you can park at the bottom and walk up, but it’s a 20 degree angle up the driveway with no stairs, it’s not feasible to do that if you’re bringing up anything with you. The washing machine had dirty clothes in it from the previous visitors. When washing clothes, the machine shakes up the whole house and it shakes the water tank out of the dryer and unto the floor, spilling water everywhere. This was not disclosed. This brings us to the water. It’s well water, which smells like sulfur.. in other words, rotten eggs. This is an extreme case, though. We had to buy water bottles to brush our teeth so we wouldn’t throw up. Needless to say that our showers were horrible. It smelled up the whole house! We had to buy candles and sprays to try mask the smell, which didn’t work. The house itself is adorable and the view was phenomenal. In our opinion, the view was not worth all that stress. If these things were disclosed, we would have found somewhere else to stay with a good view.

Andreina, I’m glad you like the property and the view. Thank you for taking your time to let us know your thoughts. I wished you would have told us some of the issue during your stay when I contacted you to make sure everything is great at the property! You told me everything was great? I know you told me you’re from Florida and aren’t familiar with the roads here. As I mentioned in the listing, the driveway is steep and could be comprehended as Very hard to drive for a lot of Guests who aren’t comfortable driving in the area, but the parking up top is flat. However, in all honesty, I’m a female, driving a Prius and I made it up there with no problem. I do this drive very often to check up on the property. As for the water, if you had told me about the water, I would have send someone to check on the water system. Like most of the properties in the counties near Gatlinburg area comes from well water. However, we actually have an intensive water filtering system at the property. With the washer and dryer, hence on the description we did listed it as a tiny home- all washer regardless of brand will shake a tiny space due to the size of it.
Absolutely loved this property! The only thing we were a little surprised about was how steep the drive way was going up to the cabin, but everything else was perfect.
Here's how we (my boyfriend and I) both felt about the place -
Pros:
* Not in a huge cabin resort (we did not want to be surrounded by tons of other people).
* A nice distance away from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We had no trouble at all finding our way, and were looking for something that wasn't immediately in town.
* It is SO quiet! Got some REALLY good nights of sleep out there. But if you like noise when you sleep, might want to bring something to sort that out.
* Hot tub, fire pit, and grill was a great addition!
* Plenty of space in the place for both of us and our dog
* VERY comfortable bed!
* I didn't personally use the shower, but my boyfriend did. He said that it was great.
* We loved the fact that the cabin had a waterless tank
* The loft, although low ceiling, was actually pretty neat. There's a spot up there that you can go to and still see into the living room. Would be kind of cool for children, I'd think.
* Has the TV set up to where it will automatically log you out of yours accounts after your trip is over.
* Absolutely LOVE the key pad on the front door. No worrying about losing keys or keeping up with a key that isn't yours! Great feature.
Cons:
* I found it a little hard to find a spot that my dog would go to the bathroom, but not anything that was seriously make or break for the stay.
* When we flushed the toilet, there seemed to be a smell that lingered for about 5 minutes (only in the bathroom), but the host provides spray and we used that to sort out the smell. We just kept the door closed to the bathroom and it didn't impact anything.
-----
Additional notes:
* We never did figure out how to use the air conditioning unit in the cabin, so it was a little toasty for us (we usually keep our place at 67F). We were only there for a couple of nights, so it wasn't really a big deal for us.
* AGAIN: The driveway is steeper than we originally anticipated. Just keep that in mind. =]
This tiny house was perfect for my wife and I. The location was separate from other cabins, and was close to all the national parks we wanted to see. We would stay here again when we come back next time.
We just returned after 3 nights here and it was absolutely perfect for us. There were a few bottled items left in the shower by previous occupants so we just left them alone. There are plenty of coffee filters so no need to buy extra anytime soon. We drive a newer camaro and the steep driveway was definitely doable on dry surface but I wouldn’t take any chance with snow in that type of car.
I've never stayed in a tiny house before and wasn't sure what to expect. After staying here I want one of my own! It was so cute, updated and clean. The master bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for two adults and a teenager ( the 17 and 18 year old got the loft to themselves and had a great time). Property manager has excellent communication and gave detailed instructions on how to find it, otherwise it would've been a little difficult. The morning view of the mountains is excellent. And staying out in the hot tub at night with the lights has a nice ambiance. The driveway is pretty steep but we made it fine in 2wd. I wouldn't want to attempt in the winter. I look forward to staying here again!
We had a short stay at this property last week and it was lovely in almost every way. A couple of quick things to note for future renters:
1. Read the instructions the host gives you on how to find the property. We're locals (from Knoxville) so knew approximately where it was, however, GPS didn't find the exact address and instead took us to the driveway next door where we pulled in to try to turn around. The driveway was roped off by the owner to discourage trespassing and had steep embankments on either side to accommodate a drainage ditch. Additionally, the road this property is on is very windy so pulling out of a driveway front end first is really the only safe way to ease into traffic since you can't see around the bends. We had to do an 18 point turn to get out of this roped off driveway, during which the owner of this neighboring property came out and screamed and cussed at us to get off his land (which obviously we were trying to do). We finally made it but it was nerve-wracking to say the least. Had I read the host's instructions more carefully I would have seen the mention of the landmarks and not missed the driveway to the property in the first place.
2. The driveway to the property IS steep, as mentioned in other reviews. However, it's wide and nicely paved and has a large area at the top to park and turn around. You don't get the views in East TN without the steep hills but I can see how that would be daunting to people not used to the landscape here.
3. We were also aware from other reviews that the property is on well water from and that others had complained of a sulphur smell in it. The host even mentions to bring bottled water for drinking. This was the only thing that kept me from giving this a 5-star review. Even being prepared for this, the smell was REALLY unpleasant. We used bottled water to drink and brush our teeth but washing hands, dishes or taking showers didn't really feel "clean" because of the smell. Not all well water smells. There are ways to treat the sulphur and I would suggest that the host does so ASAP as it's really the only thing that's a major drawback to how otherwise lovely this little spot is.
Also, this IS a tiny home and it lives up to that name. So be prepared for that. Everything is compact and space is used to it's max efficiency.
Aside from the water smell though, this was a perfect little getaway for us. Private, quiet, great location. Treat that water and take this to a 5-star rental.
Great Location just outside of Pigeon Forge. Seamless, contactless entry; everything was perfectly clean and functioned appropriately. A/C was cold; WiFi was fast. The driveway is steep but that’s the price you pay for a wonderful view. The chairs on the front porch and the hot tub are perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking/sightseeing.
If we return to the area we will certainly stay here again. Thank you for a quality stay.
Check in was easy. The view is AMAZING!!! You can sit in the hot tub and see the view. The hot tub was great! The tiny home was clean and neat. It was my boyfriends birthday and the host left a birthday card and snacks for him upon arrival which I really app
The home is excellent and provides everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. Everything is as described, except the vie were better than expected. The property is secluded although there are others nearby. I would recommend a vehicle with 4 wheel drive to get up the very steep driveway.
We had an amazing time. The cabin was perfect for us. Had everything we needed. Clean, gorgeous view, loved the hot tub. We couldn't have found a better place it had everything we wanted. May want to let people know about how steep the driveway is as some types of vehichles might have a hard time getting up it. Other than that I don't have a negative thing to say about it! Thank you so much for our wonderful vacation!

Why they chose this property
This hillside location in Sevierville was chosen for one reason: the views. Sitting above the tree line, you get unobstructed sightlines straight into the Smoky Mountains — something most properties in the area simply can’t offer. It’s private and quiet, yet only 2 miles from the national park entrance and minutes from everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The best of both worlds — tucked away without being far from anything.
What makes this property unique
Most cabins in the Smokies promise views — this one actually delivers them, straight from your private hot tub. It’s a true tiny home experience: thoughtfully designed, cozy by nature, and completely private. You won’t be sharing walls or a parking lot with other guests. The combination of unobstructed mountain views, a private hot tub, fire pit, and rocking chairs — all 2 miles from the national park — is hard to find at this price point. It’s not the biggest property in the Smokies. It’s just one of the most memorable.
