A gem within the vibrant Cape Cod beach community of Seacoast Shores. Take a 2-minute walk to the private beach where you can swim, sunbath and watch the boats go by or take a 15-min walk (3 min drive) to the community clubhouse with seasonal access to a large resort style pool, kids wadding pool and restaurant. After a day at the beach or pool, head back to the newly built “cape cod” style home with plenty of room to spread out. Cap off your day on the back patio with smores on the firepit.

We are a young family from the Boston area who purchased this land in 2019 and built new construction that was completed in early 2020. Throughout 2020 and 2021 we spent majority of our time here trying to escape the pandemic. We love everything about the house and the location.

2022 will be our first attempt at sharing our home with renters as we won't be able to be there as much as previous years.

We would love to share our little slice of Cape Cod with you!
