Just a short walk to the association clubhouse, which features a pool and toddler wading pool with lifeguards, tennis courts, playground, shuffleboard, baseball field, and basketball court. The community has a two mile circle that is ideal for family biking, walking, and running. The home has a large fenced-in backyard, outdoor shower, and cozy sunroom that is perfect for reading a book while soaking in the salty Cape air. The fully finished basement adds an entertainment space with room for the whole family, including an additional sleeper sofa. It also offers a desk for those needing to log into work while away.
Only minutes from Cape Cod Winery, the Heights, and Falmouth's Main Street stretch. Also within 15 minutes of 4 highly rated golf courses. This home offers activities for the whole family.

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Hope you enjoyed your stay! Super helpful for us if you are able to gather used towels in the laundry area and strip beds and leave them in their respective rooms.
Please also clean the grill, if used. And pick up pet waste, if applicable.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
