170 meters from the beach on the Normandy Mother of Pearl coast, in the heart of the D-Day and Juno Beach beaches, rent house completely renovated in 2025 with small outbuilding, sleeps 6/8 in total (3 bedrooms) with new and comfortable mattresses for all.
The whole is in an enclosed garden of 300 m2 with beautiful terrace and barbecue, not overlooked and in a quiet street. Free parking in front of the house.
This house designed for holidays is ideal for a family or a holiday with friends.
The main house is composed of 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a beautiful bathroom (with shower only) and a separate toilet.
The outbuilding of 18 m2 includes a bedroom with double bed and a large entrance with sofa bed, plus a shower room/sink/WC.

Amenities:
The kitchen includes basic groceries, sponges, dish towels, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, extractor, extractor, toaster, kettle, food processor, fridge, (a second fridge with freezer is available in the garage.
Washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

On-site: more than 200 board games, sun loungers, garden furniture, wifi.
