I chose this neighborhood due to having the Island feel.
Lakes with boats throughout makes for a beautiful walk.
It's quiet, safe, professional, family oriented, community atmosphere, walkable green belts, pet friendly, walkable area and too many to list.
Most of all people are friendly, take great pride in the neighborhood and watches out for one another.
