This impeccable 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath private pool home is located in the coveted North End of Anna Maria. You will be just three houses away from the peaceful and uncrowded white powdery sand beach. There is no street parking in this area for beach access so it may as well be your own private beach! There is safe swimming in this tranquil section of beach, and as a bonus you are just a five minute walk up to the tip of the island for unbeatable sunsets at Bean Point.

Spotless and updated throughout, Jacaranda Gem is in mint condition. The owners have spared no detail in their recent renovations so you will feel as though you are in a brand new home. Calming coastal decor accentuates the charm of this property and invokes the sense of relaxation you deserve. The brand new sparkling pool is huge and features a seating ledge with jacuzzi jets. The large private backyard will wow you with all new tropical plantings, chaise loungers and a warm and cold outdoor shower. At night the yard is pleasantly illuminated and you can light up the beautiful pool.

The main living level features a full gourmet kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large island with breakfast bar. Take your pick of dining at the six-person dining table or head out the sliding doors to the spacious front deck with more seating for 6 and intimate bistro tables. Sip your morning coffee and take in a glimpse of the Gulf water in the not-too-far distance. The dining room is open to the relaxing sitting room with coastal decor and decorative fireplace.

Off the kitchen you will find the comfortable den with cable TV and also a pull-out sofa for your choice of flexible sleeping arrangements. The newly installed barn doors make this room easily convertible into private sleeping quarters after dark. A half bathroom and full laundry room complete the first level before heading upstairs.

This home sleeps up to 8 people very comfortably. Your group will be more than content with the three beautiful bedroom choices upstairs as well as another two luxurious bathrooms. The king master bedroom is huge and has its own walkout balcony with bistro table and even better views of the gulf. There is a full ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, double vanity and oversized soaking tub.

Two more cheerful guest bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, one featuring a queen bed and the other a queen bed plus twin bunk beds. These rooms share the fully remodeled guest bath with shower/tub combination. All bedrooms include ceiling fans and a flat-screen HDTV for your enjoyment and relaxation.

We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
