Beautiful Beach House

Our party of 7 had a nice stay at Katy's home. The house was immaculately clean, well equipped, and spacious. Pictures don't do justice of how nice the house is. The courtyard is wonderful and ocean views from the patio can't be beat.

Wow! Spectacular stay.

Casa Verde was exactly what we hoped for in a visit to the East Cape. It was in just the right location for us, within 20 minutes of Los Barriles, but far enough apart to feel connected to the Sea of Cortez and surrounding desert landscapes. The house and courtyard is beautifully designed, spacious, and welcoming. The owner and property manager were also good communicators. The Casita was a huge plus! The property is outfitted with all of the home and cooking amenities you will need. Great memories were made by our entire family during our stay. I’m sure we’ll think about Casa Verde many times in the future. Thanks for the great rental!

Blissful retreat in quiet and relaxing Rancho Leonero--highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. My family had a fabulous stay at Katy's property in early January. We did not want the intensity of a highly trafficked, touristy locale for our family vacation after the bustle of the holidays and Katy's hacienda was the perfect place for us. It was very peaceful and we fell in love with the Baja on our first visit. Only (minor) downside is that the rooms are a bit separated (it was described well in the posting) so that the master with the best views is separate from the other bedrooms (you have to exit the main part of the house to get to the other rooms) and our kids are too little to be that separated in a new place. Fernando was great and we all got a kick out of the ATV we rented for the week. There is a bar/restaurant within walking distance which was nice but just having the beach and the desert was beyond lovely. There are beach toys for the kids and lots of water/beach toys for adults as well! Highly recommend!!
