Not far from the village of Svetvincenat is this villa with private pool. It has recently been completely renovated and can accommodate up to eight people. As the villa is far away from crowded tourist centres and surrounded by a beautiful landscape, this property is an excellent choice for a quiet holiday with the family. The plot has a size of 1.000m² and around the pool there are sun loungers available. As the plot is fenced in, pets are also welcome!
From the property to the beach is 12 km and the distance to the centre is 1 km. The nearest grocery shop is 500 metres from the holiday property. In 1 km you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Magnifique séjour,

Magnifique séjour, dans un très bel environnement (charmant village, champs d\'oliviers, cactus et sentiers pour les balades. La maison était absolument impeccable, propre et rangée ! L\'extérieur était magnifique, avec des jeux pour les enfants, un patio où se poser pour les repas et une magnifique piscine ! Le propriétaire était dans la maison d\'à côté, et donc disponible au moindre souci et très réactif, sans être trop présent ni envahissant ! Nous vous recommandons sans hésiter ce magnifique endroit, où l\'on peut soit se reposer et profiter de la maison, soit explorer toute l\'Istrie, où rien n\'est jamais bien loin ! Merci encore à notre hôte pour ce magnifique séjour !
