Just a short walk or ride (Approx. 528 Feet) to the Beach! Great First floor condo in Cherry Grove with balcony! Condo sleeps four with two bedrooms and one bath. Close to Dining, Shopping & Sunshine in Cherry Grove! Enjoy the lake views from the balcony or take a short stroll to the beach. Large swimming pool with sundeck area available during the summer season. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and you must stay for the duration of the reservation. Absolutely NO house parties. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO MOTORCYCLES

The Space:
The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and sleeps 4 guests. The master bedroom has 1 Queen and bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. No smoking, no pets, no motorcycles, no trailers, no RV's, no golf carts.
The Main bedroom has one queen bed with serene views. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with tv's. The living area offers a comfortable seating area, TV with cable and a relaxing view of nature. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. Balcony overlooks the lake. Community pool just steps away as well as laundry room.

Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owners expense.

Guest Access:
Guests will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office.

The Neighborhood:
Close to IGA grocery store, miniature golf, ice cream, restaurants and more to enjoy. Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
