Welcome to Paradise Palms Townhome 769 – a “Key West” inspired, lakefront home located along Grand Lake St. Mary’s in Celina, OH! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome offers beautiful views of the Village and the lake while being tucked away in a peaceful setting.
As you make your way inside the townhome, you’re welcomed into a comfortable living room with a Smart TV so you can catch up on your favorite shows when you’re ready to kick back and relax for the night. Cable and internet are provided. Continue through the townhome, you’ll find a large dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. You have everything you need to cook your favorite homecooked meals. A half bathroom is also conveniently located right off the kitchen.
Both private queen bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor. Each bedroom features a private full bathroom and freshly laundered linens, ensuring a restful and comfortable night’s sleep. The master bedroom also includes a private balcony – the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening unwinding.
For added convenience, the townhome features a private, attached one-car garage along with a side-by-side washer and dryer.
Boardwalk Village guests will have access to enjoy both pools, grills, outdoor dining areas, a four-season pool house, yard games, and more. Free parking is also available for guests. Guests will receive a door code prior to arrival for an easy self-check-in.
We’re just minutes from downtown Celina, where there you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining options. You can walk, bike, or rent a golf cart to explore the area.

BEDS: This unit sleeps up to 6. On the main floor, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room along with 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed.
PARKING: This townhome comes with 2 parking passes that are provided inside the unit. If they are not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75/each to replace. There is also an attached one-car garage on the lower level of the townhome that you can park in. No additional parking passes will be given. If additional parking is needed, please contact the host. Parking at BOARDWALK GRILL is prohibited unless you are dining at the restaurant.
POOL: We will provide 6 wristbands in your unit for each guest to access the pool areas. We also provide a key fob that gains you access to the pool when open. You will be able to access both pools with this key fob. Pool access is for staying guests only. *Pool Season: May - September (time frame may change depending on weather)* *Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur in the pool area.*
PETS: This is a pet friendly unit. •Non-aggressive, non-large breeds only (no Pit Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Great Danes, etc.) •Must be under 50 lbs. •$50 pet fee/reservation •1 dog max •No cats, no exceptions •Pet description required upon booking (name, breed, weight, age)
SECURITY DEPOSIT: At Boardwalk Village, we pride ourselves not only on our superb service but the quality of our units as well. With that, a $250 security deposit will show as a pre-authorized/pending charge on your credit card prior to your check-in. This is to cover any broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the unit. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of your account if none of the above happen. If the cost of damages exceeds the $250 security deposit, the additional amount will be charged to the card on file.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is a 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival, no refund within 30 days of check-in. This also applies to any reservation date changes. When booking through Airbnb, the cancellation policy is a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.
ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFO: You will only be charged 50% of your entire reservation amount upon booking (unless your check-in is within 30 days). The final 50% will be auto-charged 30 days prior to check-in.
BOAT RENTALS: Helton Lodge Boat Rentals is located right here at Boardwalk Village! Helton Lodge offers rentals for pontoon boats, kayaks, paddle boats, golf carts, bicycles and more!
BOAT DOCKS: Dock spaces are available for rent for $25 per each day of your reservation if you are bringing your own boat. If you are renting a boat from Helton Lodge, you do not need to rent a dock as one is already provided.
SUB SHACK: We`ve got two awesome Sub Shack locations! Boardwalk Marketplace - Our seasonal (May 1st-September 30th), weather-based spot serving subs, salads, apps & more. Shipyard Sports & Events Center - which is just 0.6 miles down the road from Boardwalk Village! Enjoy a full dining experience with subs, salads, apps, drinks & plenty of fun. The restaurant overlooks the Sports Fieldhouse, so you can kick back while the kids shoot hoops, play soccer, and more (when leagues and tournaments aren`t in session). Plus, take a swing in our indoor golf simulators!
FITNESS CENTER ACCESS FOB: An amazing fitness experience awaits you at Innergy Fitness, located inside Shipyard Sports and Event Center. By purchasing an access fob add-on at check-out, you`ll get 24/7 access to top of the line cardio + strength equipment, a dry + infrared sauna, and access to their innovative fitness classes! The cost of the access fob add-on is $5 per fob per night of your reservation, so you are able to access the Innergy Fitness facility throughout your entire reservation. If it is not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75 to replace.
BLUE GOOSE SHUTTLE: Hop on the Blue Goose and let it shuttle you to all the local events, bars, restaurants, and shopping locations. The Blue Goose travels on its regular route throughout Celina on weekends from May 1st through September 30th. From October 1st through April 30th, you can call in advance to reserve the Blue Goose. Don’t worry about driving anywhere during your stay at Boardwalk Village!
COCONUT HUT: located in the Boardwalk Marketplace, is open and serving up island vibes, delicious food from the Sub Shack, and tropical drinks, 7 days a week from May 1st -September 30th! It`s a lively, laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere we`ve created for guests and locals alike - and we hope you`ll come check it out!
WEEKLY/MONTHLY OFF-SEASON DISCOUNTS: We offer a 15% weekly discount if you stay 7+ nights and a 30% monthly discount if you stay 30+ nights. These discounts are valid during our OFF-SEASON months only (October-April). The discount codes can be applied at the time of booking your reservation but are not valid if you are taking advantage of our extended stay program. We have the right to remove the discount code from your reservation if you are staying in a unit that is part of our extended stay program. **The fourth phase of Boardwalk Village is currently under construction. Construction will begin October 2025 and is expected to be finished Summer 2026. This is taking place on the far South end of the property. Do take this into consideration when booking as there will be construction work going on during this time frame from 8am-4pm during the week. The crews will be cognizant of guests staying during this time and will keep noise as minimal as possible while still trying to stay on schedule to completion. Thank you for your understanding!**

QUIET HOURS begin at 11PM.
CHECK OUT TIME IS 10AM. Please vacate the unit on time so our cleaning staff has enough time to prepare for our next guests. Please close all windows and lock all exterior doors. Late departures will be charged $75. Our housekeeping staff has carefully cleaned, stocked and inventoried this unit prior to your arrival. Please help us maintain the inventory by placing items back where they belong so we can keep our level of quality for all guests. If the rules are overlooked or there is excessive cleaning required, extra charges will be added to your reservation.
All dishes used should be cleaned AND put away, or put in the dishwasher (if applicable) and the cycle started.

Great place! Me, my daughter and grandchildren hade a great time. There was plenty of room for all of us and the house was clean and comfortable. Great location swimming pool, pickle ball, volleyball courts . Great view of Grand Lake. Lots of activities such as local festivals, fireworks, boat festival. Definitely will return for another fun time

Other than the little bit of noise coming from the construction, our stay was perfect. The property was just as advertised. We will be back during a time when the pools are open and nicer weather.
My friends and I enjoyed our time in Celina! The home was perfect, clean, spacious and conveniently located. We enjoyed sitting by the pool during the day and walking over for love music each night.

Beautiful property to stay and very clean. We loved the cheerful Caribbean vibes. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.
We explored the towns of Celina and Wapakoneta and found lovely shops. Also went on a beautiful sunset cruise and saw bald eagles. The pool was wonderful after a full day. And seeing the moon rise over the lake while swimming was gorgeous.
All of our group were over 70, so the stairs were a challenge. I hope the new section will have cottages with bedrooms on the first floor or all one level.
The host was very responsive. All in all a great place to stay!
We had the pleasure of staying at boardwalk village for the birth of our son. I cannot say enough good things about the accommodations. Everything is brand new, clean and so many great places in walking distance.
Not only were the accommodations wonderful but the owners and staff are incredible. Babies are very unpredictable when they want to be born. The staff helped with accommodations for my in laws, moved our dates around with easy flexibility and helped make things as seamless for us as possible. They were responsive, helpful and very supportive of our situation.

If you have traveled to this part of Ohio for just a night or a week you know rentals are hard to find. That is until Paradise Palms Townhomes in Boardwalk Village! This can be a vacation destination. The description posted is spot on. It is a bright spot just outside of Celina. The caveat here is that it was very cold during our stay, but we can only imagine if it was warmer during yours. The accommodations are first class, well appointed and has everything you need. There is so much to do in the little village for both adults and kids. The Boardwalk Grill is just steps away and a delicious place to eat or to grab a drink. We will most definitely try to stay again when we travel here but our fear is it will be so popular, we won’t get a reservation! They are expanding and we can’t wait to see it all once it is complete.

This was a cute place but a little pricy for what it had to offer. The view out the front was very nice but out the back was a noisy highway and a water plant plus there was construction going on right next to us as they are still building more units. There were not many restaurants other than fast food in the area. I think if the put up a sound barrier wall in the back to hide the water plant and quiet the noise of the highway that would help. It would be good if they can bring in a few nice restaurants to the area around the Villages as well. The pool was nice but only 3 feet all around and doesn't seem big enough to accommodate very many guests at one time. But the unit we stayed at was very nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Also adding another water amenity of some sort is the plan, as we move onto Phase 2. As for the restaurants, I am sorry you didn’t find or get to enjoy all our sit down restaurants in the area. As there are at least 6 within walking distance. We hope you come back and we can show you the area better and you get to see all the changes 😊
