Short Trip to Santa Teresa

The views from this villa is absolutely stunning. Car or ATV rental are needed due to climb up the road to capture the beautiful views. Barto was fantastic to work with. Co ordinated our ATV rental which made it very convenient. Truly had a great time!

Beautiful stay! Some things to prepare for your stay:

This property was absolutely gorgeous and the view was incomparable! The host was amazing and went above and beyond to help us with renting an ATV and places to visit in town. I would recommend this stay with a few things to prepare for below: There are so many non working outlets and switches, and the unit has no eating utensils for food. I couldn’t even make coffee in the kitchen because the outlet wouldn’t turn on (tried a ton of switches to see if that would help to no avail).The shower has a small sliver of glass for the wall, and the waterfall shower head has a heavy spout in the center which when in use sends water everywhere in the bathroom. The handheld shower head was attached at face height straight to the shower with a screw, so water goes flying when you try to use that, too. Overall it was a really messy and hectic shower no matter which option you select and no matter how carefully you try to position yourself. There is a decent amount of wasp activity on the property by the pool. Lastly, I envisioned this property to be more secluded based on the photos and while the photos absolutely matched the property, it’s still a bit different in person. It’s high above the town and secluded enough, but you still have neighbors all around you, and there is much more noise from the vehicles below than we thought there would be. Just some honest feedback and what to expect for anyone planning to select Casa Anna!

Two Weeks in Santa Teresa

What a property!!! The patio was just incredible! Perfect sunset and watching surfers spot! Casa Anna is on the very top of the building so it’s completely private! We loved everything about this villa! We’ll be back for sure! The property manager and house keeping staff are so kind and wonderful, very responsive, and always willing to help! We were so gratefu !!

Awesome location. Incredible views and sunsets. The pool is amazing. I just wish I stayed longer. Close to everything. Need an atv or good car to get up the hill to it. But it is a 30 second drive down only!!

This house is located on the mountains with a balcony . It is simple, cozy, modern and bright. Entering the house you can find an open kitchen with all appliances you might need.. In the living room, there is a very comfortable double sofa, smart TV and large windows with ocean view. The bathroom includes comfortable shower. This house is perfect to accommodate up to four people in a modern and functional environment.
