Our beachfront community has expanded. Welcome to Villa Madroño, a brand new one-bedroom rental under the almond trees located directly on the world- renown Pacific surfing beach of Santa Teresa. The new rental, completed in January 2022, is an elegant Costa Rican getaway built with local materials by local craftsmen. Custom woodwork throughout; king-sized bedroom suite/en suite bathroom; well-designed, and thoughtfully equipped full kitchen; indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas, and a private terrace dipping pool with the added comfort of hydro-massage jets. On-site management and adjacent owner residence. Daily cleaning. Walk to local restaurants, including one directly on the beach several meters from your door.
