This home is located five lots from a private beach access in Summerplace, an eclectic collection of homes on the north end of the barrier island off State Road A1A. It has a bohemian ambiance, where guests can let go the rigors and stresses of home. Natural tropical vegetation surrounds it, providing beauty and privacy. At night, the stars shine brightly and rhythmic waves of the ocean can be heard. Inside, the home is comfortable and cozy with a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room. Dog bed and bowls are provided. The house has no carpet.

Great location near the Beach

The house and pool were very clean and wonderfully equipped. The location was great. The areas surrounding the pool need cleaning and fixing up.

Lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this home. The weather was a little temperamental while we stayed in Vero Beach for the week, but will still managed to have a wonderful time in large part because of this comfortable house. We look forward to visiting again!

Celebrating mama’s 70th birthday

Family gathering

This was an incredible place to stay for a couple of nights while we met with family in Vero Beach to celebrate our Aunts 100th birthday! It was clean and very well stocked! Everything we needed was there and we were able to get in some beach time with a very quick walk across the street! Thank you for everything! We really enjoyed our stay!

Easy walk to the beach. The pool and screened outdoor area was a wonderful place to relax and watch the kids in the pool.

Great rental close to the beach

This rental is exactly as described and pictured. The pool was very nice and warm. The beach is a very short walk. The house is nice and was perfect for our family. I would definitely stay here again.

Great beach house!

The location of this property is amazing! The beach is just a short walk away. The house was as pictured and described. The furniture was comfortable and it came with everything you could need for an enjoyable trip. The host Martin was amazing. Very quick to respond to messages before, during and after our stay. The house inside was clean and well taken care of. The patio area did need a hose down due to some dirt and leaves but could have been the result of rain and wind in the area. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a beach getaway.

Beautiful, comfortable place!!

We enjoyed this house so much. Beautifully decorated and so relaxing. The place was clean and everything you would need was there. There were even 2 dog bowls, a big fluffy dog bed and a doggie door in the lanai. Mark even made sure a mixer was there for our arrival. We would come back anytime!

Relaxing vacation

My husband and l wanted to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary in a special place. We certainly picked the perfect place. We fell in love with Martin's vacation rental when we stepped in the door. It was beautiful! Also relaxing, VERY clean, completely stocked and overall just plain relaxing. The walk to the ocean was so easy. The neighborhood was absolutely enchanting!! He had everything you need for the ocean in the garage. Bikes for a nice bakeries, boogie boards.towels. The pool and pool area was very clean and warm. Everything was amazing! He even had a very warm welcome and happy anniversary note waiting for us upon our arral. We thank you for that, Martin. We hope very much that we'll be able to return there. Good and Bad

So my wife and I reserved this property for a short stay at Vero Beach. We usually come here twice a year as we love the area. Normally we stay at a beachfront hotel in town but decided to try a VRBO house rental this time. I don't usually leave reviews but feel compelled to this time. First the good. The owner was nice and easy to communicate with. He let us check in about an hour and half early as we arrived early and the house was ready. The location is good, just a short walk to the beach. The property is pet friendly which is one reason why we chose it. The owner left us a friendly note on the counter at check in and a couple of treats for our two Westies. Now for the bad. We had read several previous reviews that said the place was clean and well kept. This is another reason why we chose it. Unfortunately nothing could be further from the truth. I've stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years, and this was by far among the most unclean places ever. I understand when a place is older and gets a lot of vacation beach traffic. I But it really looks like this place hadn't hasn't a deep clean in years. I could go into detail but would honestly take too long. I don't want to be negative, just warning other renters. The location is good, but don't expect too much in the way of updated furnishings and cleanliness.

Awesome Experience

This property is amazing! Martin is an excellent host - very attentive and caring about making the most of our stay. The house is in a fabulous location to the beach and is kept immaculate. Nice decorating touches truly make you feel relaxed and at home. You can tell this house is well taken care of. No problems from booking to check out. The pool is a very refreshing on the hottest of days. We stayed with our 2 dogs who made themselves right at home. I hope we get the opportunity to visit again and I would definitely recommend this home if you are looking in the Vero Beach area. A special shout out and thank you to our host, Martin.

This home is located directly across the street to the ocean. During our entire stay, there were very few people on the beach .. in addition the inground pool at the house was delightful!!!!
