Charming home next to the beach

My family and I enjoyed very much staying at Tony’s and Patricia's home located steps away from the gorgeous Vero Beach. The kids played soccer, surfed, and kitesurfed regularly. The two story home was beautifully decorated and comfortable amongst friendly neighbors. Highly recommend!!

Out of the Way Beach Location

A great property for someone who wants an out of the way location near a beach. The Owner is very friendly and helpful. The master bedroom, living area and kitchen are on the second floor with lots of light and views. The kitchen is very well provided with modern appliances. All other bedrooms are on the ground floor and are smallish without views.

Best Vacation Ever

Patricia and Tony have a BEAUTIFUL home and are very welcoming. This vacation was the most relaxing and enjoyable we could have ever dreamed of. Our kids loved the open floor plan! Our daily walk to the beach and the convenience of the home was more than we could ask for. Next best thing would be to live here. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!! Thank you Patricia and Tony.

Peaceful!

I work as an RN in a very busy emergency room which can be extremely stressful a d tiring. My co workers and I were looking for a relaxing get away and we found it! The house was beyond what the pictures could show. It was so light and airy! The beach was gorgeous (minus a little seaweed) and we mostly had it to ourselves.

Lovely place-exactly as described!

My family really enjoyed our stay! The home was very nice and perfect for my husband and I and our 18 and 20 year old sons. The house was very close to the beach and since we flew we could not bring a lot of beach equipment. Everything we needed for the beach was there for us to use: beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, a cooler etc. The beach is not crowded and the few people that were there were very friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a unique house in a quiet area. The house has a lot of amenities and we really had a wonderful vacation there!

Great Place!

We had a lovely stay at Patricia's home this winter. It's perfect for a larger family, as you have places to spread out and places to be together. There were a couple of tiny issues, as there always are with homes, and Patricia was excellent about communicating and getting the small issues fixed. The only downside is I don't think I would have felt comfortable if we had small children with us, because the loft area, while great for adults, presents some safety issue for kids. However, it's a really nice place, and we would not hesitate to rent here again!

Perfect location for beach lovers!

Patricia and Anthony's beach cottage is all they say it is! It is elegant, comfortable, and absolutely the best location ever for those who love to go to the beach to swim, or just walk along the beach in the early morning or evening, or anytime at all since the cottage is just minutes away on foot. The fact that we could just go and come to the beach so easily made it super convenient when some of us wanted to stay and some of us wanted to head back to the house. The house itself is lovely with all of the amenities needed to make us feel very much at home. Thank you, Patricia and Anthony! We would love to go back someday!

Summerplace

This is a wonderful property, we have stayed at this house for three straight years, and have been very happy. It has three bedrooms, a master suite with a king bed, bathroom, nice closet, two bedrooms on the ground floor. One has twin beds, the other a queen been, all quite nice, a nice kitchen well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans. A large family room. Quite comfortable home. And the owner has been wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend this home for one, two or more months. It has been quite lovely.

Perfect Beach Cottage

Our friends have always called Vero Beach paradise and request that all of their visitors keep it a secret because it’s so special. In saying that, this cottage - Summerplace - is a unique and special piece of that paradise so close to the beach. The accommodations were quite adequate and comfortable and we felt like we had escaped to a tropical location although our weather was a bit cool for our time. The location could not have been any better for us and the owners were especially accommodating and quick to communicate throughout the entire process of securing the place to check in and check out. They made sure we felt welcome on our arrival and were easily available should we have had any problems or concerns. We hope to make a return to Summerplace should the opportunity arise in the future.

This is the property for your family of teens to grandparents to love and enjoy the beach times. A perfect beach house to handle those also wanting movies in a separate room, 3 bathrooms, large island to accommodate all of those meals and many places for the teens to sleep in along with 2 bedrooms for parents and grandparents. The loft can handle 2 teens with the trundle bed along with their own lookout. But not great for those younger than twelve years old, steps are to steep. Your teenagers will Luv their own space. The beach access is superb and the beach itself is PERFECT!!! Patricia and her family will make your stay memorable.

Summerplace

We had a wonderful three months. Summerplace is a welcoming, old fashioned neighborhood where people meet on the beach, or dog walking and make a genuine neighborhood of 50% year round residents and 50% renters. This home is a beautiful place that is filled with sunlight. The master and main living / kitchen area is on the second floor which creates a beautiful, open, private escape. It was nicely furnished and completely uncluttered. The towels and linens were first class, and each bed had a great mattress. The owners will stay in touch as much as you need or want, and they will give you privacy if you don't need them. This was the best rental experience we have had in five years renting in Vero.

Peaceful Beach Getaway

The house was perfect for us ! Beautiful home !

We loved the house and wanted to bring the king bed home with us , it was so comfortable ! We were beyond thrilled as to how close it was to the beach ! The beach chairs came in handy and we were happy to cook some meals ourselves in the beautiful kitchen vs eating out all the time . Thank you for making our trip for my son's wedding extra special . We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to rent for their vacation !

Perfect cottage

My wife and I stayed there the 4Th of July week with our 2 dogs. Had a wonderful time. Like it says, the beach is only steps away, very nice and very private. We cooked and grilled a lot of our own meals. The Ocean Grill in Vero Beach was very picturesque and great food. One of our dogs needed medical care and to our surprise a veterinarian lives across the street and helped us out. Our doggie is now fine. Very friendly area. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed even to go to the beach. It was a great choice.

Fantastic Vacation

Our vacation at Sandpiper was really fantastic! The house is really great and very close to the fantastic beach! The whole family enjoyed the relaxing two weeks at Vero Beach. Great beach house

This beach house is in a great location and is decorated to be really fun to stay in and get into the mood of a beach side vacation. In fact, the photos don't do it justice. It's a real key west style three story place. Tony is also a great and responsive host.

We live in Weston, 20 miles north of Miami and visit our cottage in Vero Beach regularly. We love so much the casual living and friendly atmosphere of the area. My husband is originally from Pittsburgh and I' m from Caracas/Venezuela. We have been married for 9 years and each have adult children living in different parts of America.

Why they chose this property

We went to visit friends, and walked with them to the turquoise beach, through the little roads, surrounded by trees and vegetation. We met so many nice people, in the Summerplace area. It has been so pleasant. We bike, we walk, we play tennis, we swim. But what made our decision to buy was definitely seeing this house .... a beautiful cottage, just steps from the water.

This house was 'love at first sight'; the architecture, the space, the view, the floors, the roof, the proximity to the beach, the road .... and the neighbors.
