AH-F122: Newly Remodeled Condo, Ground Floor, Close to the Pool

This newly remodeled, first-floor condo is located in the back of the complex, right across from the shared pool/hot tub. The back entrance leads to an open and inviting living and kitchen area. The living room has ample seating for gathering guests with a plush sofa that also folds into a queen bed, a loveseat that folds into a full-size bed, a chair that folds into a twin bed, a TV, cable, and WIFI. The kitchen is furnished with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils for preparing fresh meals. Sit down to eat at the dining table with seating for four. The guest room (BR1) contains a Full bed, a chest, a closet, a nightstand, and a wall-mounted TV. The master bedroom (BR2) is comprised of a Queen bed, nightstands, dresser, chest, closet, and TV. The shared bathroom at the end of the hall is made up of double vanities separate from the tub/shower unit, so everyone has space to get ready. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet inside the bathroom for use during your stay. Take advantage of the charcoal grills for quick hot dogs, cooling off in the shared pool, or unwinding in the hot tub. The Marina and Ferry are within walking distance to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are 0.5 miles away, and it is a quick 1.3 miles to the beach.

Weekend stay

The condo was clean and the area was close to the beach, but away from the island crowd, so was nice and quiet. Would stay again.

We have stayed at a lot of places and this one by far has been the cleanest. It was closed to everything and the pool area was very nice.

Overall nice stay, was glad to take my dogs too, just wish they would’ve cleaned a bit better. There was dog hair on comforter and floors from previous renter

Nice property & condo unit. Our condo rental faced towards a storage unit and was around the back from the parking spaces but other than that we still enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice inside, stocked with everything we needed and near the pool which was nice. We had a great stay and enjoyed it. I would stay here again. The condo is located close to almost anything you might need…restaurants, convenience store, cart rental places, shops and about a mile to the beach. We had other family members that also rented a condo at the same property and we all had a great time staying here on our vacation. Would recommend to others.

Great stay, minor recommendations

Everything was great and I would stay again. The only recommendations I would suggest to improve for others would be to provide a bug zapper for large mosquitos outside of front door and in apartment. Also, maybe change the barn door to a jam door for better restroom privacy, especially if staying with friends. AC seems like it may need to be serviced, it was set properly with plenty of time to cool but didn't seem to cool, we woke up sweating with both AC and ceiling fans on. Overall, taking into consideration the minor issues, we enjoyed our stay.

Not clean

When we first arrived the ceiling was leaking with water all over the ground. We called and texted and they said someone would be out to help. After 4 hours hearing no follow up we called again and this time they were able to send someone to to wipe up the water and stop the leak from the condo above. Other than this, I think it had been a while since someone had cleaned the unit with dirty floors, dirty dishes, and a dirty/moldy shower. I also couldn’t tell if the sheets had been changed since the comforter were stained.
