The penthouse

The design of the penthouse apartment radiates sympathy and color joy and makes it a cuddly oasis of well-being. No wonder, with 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, a high-quality kitchen with the latest kitchen appliances and a spacious living room with a designer couch.

The apartment has 100 m², is located in the 3rd Floor, and is completely south facing. Likewise the roof terrace which is furnished in the summer and presents to you the breathtaking mountain world of the Lechtaler Alps. Furthermore, the apartment is in a prime location, away from traffic and yet central, with restaurants and shopping. The distance from the village railway and ski slope is only 172 meters. Likewise, the apartment has its own ski cellar, per apartment an underground parking space and an in-house sauna, which is open in the winter months daily from 16 clock.

Super Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Penthaus ist wie beschrieben super ausgestattet. Vom Dampfgarer bis zur Jurakaffeemaschine alles vorhanden. Insgesamt war alles tip top....sauber und sehr nett betreut! Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Sehr ansprechende,große, ruhige Wohnung in zentraler Lage.

Die Bilder in der Anzeige zeigen was wir vorgefunden haben. Sehr schöne Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Bergwelt. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, wie zB. Backofen, Microwelle, Dampfgarer, Mixer, Eierkocher, Raclette, Spülmaschine, etc. Was nicht da ist, sind verschiedene Gewürze zum Kochen, wer es braucht. Kaffevollautomat von Jura, Bohnen waren vorhanden. Großer heller Essbereich, mit Blick auf Wiese und Berge. Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher und Sky Anschluß. Beide Schlafzimmer sehr geräumig, mit viel Stauraum. Bad sehr großzügig mit großem Spiegel, großer Badewanne und sehr großer Dusche in der man tanzen könnte. Toll, WC ist separat. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden auf unseren 100qm. Super ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz und der Aufzug. Bushaltestelle ist ca. 100m entfernt. Mit der Warth Schröcken Karte (bei der Fewo dabei)und der Lech Karte (die wir extra gekauft haben) hat man so viele Möglickeiten . Seilbahnen, Busverbindungen sehr gut,.z.B.Spullersee, Formarinsee, Freibad , etc.ist in der Lechkarte mit drin.Hängebrücke in Holzgau, kein Eintritt, super toll. Steffisalpe Express, wir hatten jedesmal das Glück Murmeltiere zu sehen. Danke auch an unsern Vermieter der die Warth Karten schon vorbereitet hat und uns viele Tips und Empfehlungen mit auf den Weg gegeben hat. Fazit, ein rund um gelungener Urlaub in toller Umgebung.
