Our 80 m² holiday apartment is the perfect blend of alpine character and contemporary living. The bright, open 50 m² living and dining area features panoramic windows and a south-facing balcony offering breathtaking views over Oberstdorf and the surrounding mountains – ideal for unwinding and taking a deep breath.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, but due to the hillside location, you’ll reach it by going down three levels from the entrance and spacious parking garage above. For your luggage, a freight elevator is available for convenient transport.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, modern amenities including Dolby Surround sound, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a Jura coffee machine, and your very own private sauna – perfect for relaxing evenings after a day of hiking or skiing. A corner balcony with a small garden area completes the alpine retreat.

Sleeps up to 4 guests in two cozy bedrooms:
• One bedroom with a 160 cm-wide double bed.
• Another bedroom with a sturdy bunk bed, popular with children but also suitable for adults.

Although the bedrooms are partially below ground level due to the slope, ventilation systems and light wells ensure fresh air and a pleasant temperature, even in summer.

First Visit to the Allgäu

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. Good view of the mountains as it sits opposite on the hill. It is a bit of a walk into town, but we did not mind it. It was really nice to have a walk after dinner! Apartment was clean, simple, but has everything you need. As our visit was in the summer - we did not use the sauna. Be aware the garage is small. We had a van and fortunate not all the spaces were full or we would have trouble getting in/ out. Would definitely stay here again!

Well-equipped and comfortable (sauna!) appartement with view on Oberstdorf

Everything is here to have a wonderful holiday: well-equipped kitchen, with basic necessities, spacious and sunny living room “with a view” and two (small) bedrooms. Jura coffee maker. Garage for your car, and small sauna for private use. Center of Oberstdorf 2 km (3 miles), ski area Söllereck 10 minutes by free shuttle or car (parking available). Ski area Kleinwalsertal (Austria) 25 minutes by car/shuttle.Very suitable for family with two children. Highly recommended.

An appartment with a view on a psychiatric ! clinic. Warning from the concierge: please lock all doors, because patients can walk around. Very good sauna. Unfortunately not enough warm water to fill the tub. Only hot water for 1 short shower. Appartment sticky, our dog found a lot of trash under the couch. Last bu not least NO heating after 22.00 o'clock.

Die Wohnung war sauber, das Wohnzimmer schön mit wunderbarer Aussicht, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer extrem klein und im Badezimmer war das Möbel defekt. Dank dem dass der Parkplatz Nr. 12 nicht besetzt war konnten wir parkieren, sonst hätten wir das Auto nicht abstellen können.

Im Vorfeld bekommt man eine PDF Datei zugeschickt mit allen wichtigen Infos, die die Wohnung betreffen.Leider stellte sich heraus, dass die angegebene Telefonnummer der Kontaktperson, an die man sich bei Fragen wenden soll, nicht mehr aktuell ist. Selbst über die angegebene Telefonnummer der Eigentümerin von Fewo-Direkt, war niemand erreichbar. Es blieb lediglich der Chat bei dem man erst nach Stunden Antwort bekam.Kommunikation könnte besser sein, ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Tolle Wohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick! Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles zu bieten was man braucht. Die Vermieterin vermittelt einem herzlich Willkommen zu sein und bietet viele kleine Extras (wie z.B. Waschmaschine, Grill, etc..). Mit dem Bergbahnticket haben wir tolle Ausflüge in die Berge gemacht, ohne uns Gedanken über die Preise machen zu müssen. Der Ausblick durch die großen Glasfenster ist wirklich gigantisch und die Abende auf dem Balkon waren sehr gemütlich.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir waren in den Osterferien 2025 eine Woche vor Ort. Traumhafte Aussicht, geniale Lage hinsichtlich der verschiedenen Tagestouren, die wir gemacht haben - und dann noch die Sauna . Sehr guter Kontakt zur Anbieterin und unkompliziertes Ein-/Auschecken. Klare Empfehlung!

Top Lage, gemütliche Wohnung

Wir hatten eine knappe Woche in Jauchen und waren von der Lage und der Aussicht begeistert. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Dr. Rauch lief auch gut und stets freundlich. Für eine Familie mit einem Hund war es ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Die Wohnung und das Inventar sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lüftung im Bad und in der Küche sind ziemlich verstaubt. Draußen am Balkon und vor der Sauna war noch viel Spinnenweben. Aber vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Wir haben unsere Zeit genossen.Wanderungen.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in den Bergen mit unseren Hunden.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist ein absoluter Traum!Da doch einige Treppen zur Wohnung genommen werden müssen, sollten Mensch & Hund fit genug dafür sein! Der Lastenaufzug eignet sich hervorragend für Gepäck und Einkäufe und entlastet einen sehr.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen

Wunderschöner Panoramablick auf die Berge

Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft. Ein wenig getrübt haben die fremden Haare auf den Kuscheldecken und den Bettbezügen(wovon leider nicht genug für alle Betten vorhanden waren). Leider ist der Wasserhahn im Badzimmer erneuerungsbedürftig und die Handtücher rochen modrig.Das eine Bett im Elternschlafzimmer wackelte bereits beim draufsetzen.Der wunderschöne Ausblick und die gute Lage Entschädigungen aber für vieles

Gut aber in die Jahre gekommen

Die Wohnung war von der Lage her sehr schön einige Details ,wie tote Insekten hinter der Heizung u ein loser Wasserhahn im Bad,hätte das Personal vorher sehen müssen.für ältere Leute mit einem Grösseren Hund als unser Bolonka ,wäre es sehr anstengend gewesen,da dieWohng in der untersten Etage liegt.ein super Blick auf Oberstdorf,aber ohne Auto oder Fahrrad etwas aufwendig zum Einkaufen

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Sehr schöne Wohnung in hervorragender Lage. Der Blick auf Oberstdorf und die Berge ist trotz der davorliegenden Klinik atemberaubend. Die Schlafräume sind zwar sehr klein, aber dafür entschädigt der großzügige Wohn-Essbereich und der große Balkon umso mehr. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Etagenanordnung: In der Anzeige steht Erdgeschosswohnung; durch die Hanglage bedeutet dies aber 3 Etagen heruntergehen in den "Keller". Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Wir buchen gerne wieder.

Keine Steckdose zum Laden des E-Bikes

An der Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung gab nichts zu kritisieren. Wer jedoch sein E-Bike mitbringt, hat ein großes Problem: Es gibt in der gesamten Anlage keine Steckdose, um den Akku aufzuladen, sofern dieser nicht abnehmbar ist und in der Wohnung geladen werden kann.

Ruhig, mega Aussicht. Sehr zu empfehlen

Ich habe noch nie eine Ferienwohnung gehabt, die bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattet war. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts! Man bekommt gut riechende Handtücher und Kuscheldecken. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist durch nichts zu toppen. Das Wetter kann man leider nicht ändern. Die Wohnung ist total ruhig gelegen. Bis zur Bushaltestelle ist es nur ein Katzensprung, sodass man bequem in den Ort oder zu den Bergbahnen kommt. Wir werden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Für den Preis mehr erwartet

Wir wollten uns etwas gönnen, da man mit Baby nicht mehr so flexibel ist. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Für Urlaub mit Baby ist die Wohnung ungeeignet, weil man das Babybett nur im Wohnraum aufstellen kann. Außerdem müssen viele Treppen gestiegen werden, da die Wohnung ganz unten liegt und die Garage unterm Dach ist. Die Küchenschränke wurden schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt, auch der Aussenbereich war ungepflegt, überall Insekten, insbesondere Spinnen auch in der Wohnung und in der Sauna. Die Kissen unter den Bezügen schaut man sich besser nicht an. Wasserhahn an der Duschwanne undicht, mitten in der Nacht ging der defekte Rauchmelder, der im Schrank versteckt war, los. Im Ortsteil Jauchen gibt es auch nicht wirklich die Möglichkeit mit Hund und Kinderwagen spazieren zu gehen, jedenfalls nicht, wenn man nicht immer die selbe Strecke gehen möchte. Wir fahren regelmäßig in Ferienwohnungen in die Alpen, aber so unzufrieden waren wir noch nie-vor allem für über 2600€ für zwei Wochen. Das einzige, was überzeugt hat, ist der Ausblick. Wir kommen leider nicht wieder und können die Wohnung auch nicht empfehlen.
