The property is located in the luxury settlement of Roche, 15 minutes (1.2 km) on foot from the beach. The center of the urbanization can be reached in 8 minutes. There is a newspaper shop, pharmacy, supermarket, a few bars, a children's playground and sports facilities; Paddle, tennis, soccer, table tennis, outdoor fitness, ....
Surf schools, golf courses and towns / villages such as Cadiz, Jerez, Atlanterra, Puerto de Santa Maria, Tarifa, Zahara, Sotogrande, Conil, Vejer, Medina or Chiclana are easy to reach by car.
Arrival: The best way to fly is to Seville's airport. You can rent a car there and it takes 1 hour 30 minutes to get to the house. Otherwise you can fly to Jerez or take the train to San Fernando.
