About this property

A charming vacation rental with a pool, nestled in the peaceful Vendée countryside.

It is composed of:
On the ground floor:
- a living room with equipped kitchen
- a dining area
- and a lounge area with sofa bed (140x190)
- a pantry with washing machine and a separate toilet complete, this level which opens onto a private furnished terrace

Upstairs:
- two bedrooms and a shower room are spread over the level
* the first offers two beds 90x200 (possibility 180x200) plus an extra bed for children (90x200)
* and the second bedroom, a 140x200 bed

Access to a swimming pool, shared with the owners, is possible from 10 am to 7 pm. It is secure and the water is heated by the sun's rays. A dome protecting it allows you to enjoy it if the weather is less pleasant.
The loan of baby equipment (travel cot with mattress, booster seat, changing mat) is available on request.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
In winter, firewood is provided, on arrival the wood stove is in operation.

An electric charging station for car charging is possible for a financial contribution per recharge. Parking is available to holidaymakers.

An end-of-stay cleaning package is possible at a rate of 80 euros/stay.

Les hôtes sont charmants et très accommodants. L’accès à la piscine a été très apprécié. Le ventilateur n’était pas efficace par ces fortes chaleurs. Et les chambres à l’étage étaient donc très chaudes. Mais nous avons passé un bon séjour
