Everything in Annapolis is conveniently located and just a 6-12 minute drive to Navy Stadium (3.0 miles) and USNA (4.0 miles to Gate#1) and plenty of shopping near the Annapolis Mall. Meet your friends and family at our community pier. The Naval Academy and Annapolis Harbor is only a 15 minute boat ride away. Walk from the house down to the dock to enjoy the waterfront, or go paddle boarding in the creek.

The house features a clear story foyer entrance with cathedral ceiling and custom windows, and the main room has 180 degree wrap around windows looking out onto a large deck and the surrounding woods giving this home a real treehouse feel.
