The location cannot be beat! The condo is absolutely lovely - we utilized the pool almost daily, enjoyed coffee on the lanai while looking at the ocean and observing the Nene geese, and LOVED the close proximity to two amazing beaches (Hideaway & Pua Poa) and the lovely town of Hanalei.

Beautiful Location

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo is decorated so nicely and has everything and more that you could possibly think of. It’s close to hideaway beach and the 1 Hotel where we dined and had drinks. With only a ten minute drive to Hanalei, we were able to enjoy more rest and cools bars and shops as well as the beautiful Hanalei Bay Beach. I would definitely come back to this location!

This condo is spectacular. We came to Kauai for a wedding with a large group of friends and each got a condo in the same Pu'u Poa complex. Ours was by far the best, nicest, and newest. The wooden bar in the kitchen is a masterpiece and the apt is fully equipped with everything you need from beach chairs to a game closet and full barware. Thoughtfully renovated with an eye for design. Two beaches to walk to and just a few minutes to town by car. Mahalo!

Best condo in pua pia by far

We have stayed in these condos before. The interior decor of this particular one was outstanding. The kitchen was immaculate, huge and had everything one could desire. It is an end unit which makes it quieter, but it does make getting your belongings in and out of the condo a bit more work.Overall, this is probably the best condominium in that entire complex if you don’t mind steps. We would definitely return again.

Beautiful property

This unit was beautiful - even better than the pictures! The outdoor lanai was amazing and we had everything we needed. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place. If you want to be closer to the action, then you might consider a rental in nearby Hanalei. We were happy to be in a quieter spot, and didn’t mind the short drive, particularly given how nice this place is. Recommend.

Perfect everything! Location, style, well stocked, wonderful fun beach below, must hike down using ropes. Worth the lil hike! Nice pool, lots of snorkel gear, ice chests, ice packs, beach towels too! Nice 15 min walk to Hanalei Bay and Happy Talk restaurant. Directly next to the new 1 hotel. Condo is peaceful and quiet! Highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed! Cannot wait to book it again!

101 Pu’u Poa is a stunning experience! You will not be disappointed with all the amenities it offers, from the most beautiful remodeled decor to a gorgeous view of the ocean. Beautiful condo with beautiful views!

This property was spotless and had everything you could need. We enjoyed scenic walks in the morning and dinner on the lanai. Would have been great to know about the number of steps before we arrived, in the rain, with very heavy luggage. I would suggest traveling light (which we’re not very good at!) or talking the path around to the pool and then in the back slider to avoid the stairs, if you’re like us! Otherwise, highly recommended 😊

We recently stayed at this property for a few days while visiting north Kauai, and it exceeded our expectations. The condo was spacious, beautifully designed, fully equipped, and in an excellent location. The unit is right next to the community pool (which was never crowded). Visitors can simply walk out the back door and into the pool area - very convenient. The complex is at a beautiful location on the Princeville cliffs with breathtaking views. The neighbors were quiet, and we really enjoyed our stay. Zero complaints. One feature to be aware of when considering this rental is that it is located down two flights of stairs, which can be difficult to manage with large/heavy luggage. A small price to pay for a spectacular stay on north Kauai! We loved it and would stay here again if ever back in Princeville.
