Newly remodeled, apartment on the Watts Bar Lake in historic downtown Kingston, Tennessee.  This beautiful one bedroom sleeps four and is perfect for a couples weekend or a fisherman’s respite.  Fully stocked small eat-in kitchen and comfortable living room with a 55-inch smart TV.  The bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a 55-inch smart TV. Full bathroom with tub/shower. Before starting your day on the lake, enjoy your morning coffee on the back porch overlooking where Tennessee River meets the Clinch River. Watts Bar Lake consists of over 770 miles of shoreline to explore along with 14 islands and several places to cliff dive from over 80 feet high. The lake extends over 72 miles from the Watts Bar Dam up to Ft. Loudon Dam with the maximum depth of 70 feet typically found around the dam. Fisherman from across the country know of the great angling opportunities on Watts Bar.  
Castleton Farms, Whitestone Country Inn and The Barn at Maple Creek are beautiful wedding venues and very near the apartment. A new wedding venue within the Harriman area, Manor at Stowers Hill is only 10 minutes from the apartment.
Frozen Head State Park, Ozone Falls are both very close by, a little over 30 minutes away and beautiful for hiking and other outdoor activities.
Several marinas rent pontoon boats with the closest being Caney Creek Marina only 10 minutes away with some of the best boat rentals on the lake. There are two public boat ramps within one mile. Lovely city park with walking trails adjacent to the property.  One block from downtown Kingston, restaurants and shopping. Turkey Creek shopping and restaurants are 30 minutes away in West Knoxville.
