Being just 5 minutes from the I-75 Lenoir City-TN exit and 15 minutes from the I-75/I-40 interchange, it’s the perfect relaxing retreat for interstate layovers, property shopping trips or your recreational headquarters for excursions to the lakes and mountains.
Likewise, downtown Knoxville and UT are just 30 minutes away, making it perfect for city breaks, and university visits.
