The condo was perfect, comfortable and well-appointed for our weekend mountain get-away. A few things to note are that we had some difficulty with the front door code and I wonder if maybe the combo unit needs new batteries? Also, I understood shampoo & conditioner would be provided but there was none to be found in the condo. I would stay in this unit again. Very nice overall!

So glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for your comments. We are sorry regarding the shampoo and conditioner, but we do list starter items and those are listed as not normally included. We do state guests may want to bring their own.
Very nice two bedroom, two bath place in nice building. Heavy forest and hills all around making it a cozy feeling place. Nice amenities and comfortable furniture. Just what you need for a few days' retreat
Great stay. Property was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Great space. Close location near activities and sightseeing. Would recommend! Thanks for the memories.
Very cozy- enjoyed the stay very much. No complaints. Not near as updated or modern as a lot of the Chetola condos we have stayed in, but it had everything that we would need!
We had a wonderful three night stay in Adirondack #1! The condo is in perfect shape and has a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The two recliners were our preferred seating :) The setting is tranquil and our stay was preseason so very quiet and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely book this lovely condo again!!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This condo is clean and well kept and made a nice base camp for our trip. It is fairly close to town, but the distance is not walkable. The rental company is communicative and responsive.
The condo we stayed in was nice but had 2 major problems. Being on the lower level, we could hear every single footstep from the people above, which was extremely loud and made it difficult to concentrate. Every single step was heard, loud and clear. Also, either the AC was extremely weak or had a regulator, preventing it from cooling well. Even with fans running, the condo remained uncomfortably hot. While the condo was advertised correctly and was indeed nice, the heat and noise issues were unbearable. I would not stay here again because of these problems.

We are always on standby and happy to help with AC issues that may arise during a guest stay if notified. Although the noise upstairs was probably an isolated case of inconsiderate rental guests, if were ever to reoccur for a future guest and if notified, we would swiftly mitigate the problem by contacting the manager of the offending unit at Chetola Resort.
Excellent quiet home base in Blowing Rock with easy access to Blue Ridge Parkway and the many hiking (carriage trails) in Cone Manor. All the beauty of the Blue Ridge trails, but much better maintained. Bass Lake Trail and Trout Lake Trails are easy beauty hikes. For the more active recommend Flat Top and Rich Mountain. Excellent restaurants in Blowing Rock but go before 5:00 or make reservations two weeks before your visit.
