Everything on the island is within walking distance, including world class restaurants, beach shops, wine bars, beach bars and cigar bars! If needed, take advantage of Florida Free rides, the Jolley Trolley or Pinellas County Bus system.

I grew up in Oklahoma(BOOMER SOONER!) and Li grew up in mainland China. We met as coworkers in Tampa in 2008 and the rest is history. We both got in to real estate in 2016 and then discovered the vacation rental industry. And we love it!

Our home base is about an hour from the beach. We enjoy our dogs, RV travel, and playing poker(Li is a semi-pro).

We always wanted a place near the beach so we jumped on this gem when the opportunity presented itself.
