We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The furniture was super cute and modern. The location is perfect! Right across the street, there is a bar and grill, convenient store, pizza, ice cream store, liquor store, ect. We walked down to ocean Annie’s a couple days to get a drink and to the other side is the pier in walking distance. Kroger’s is right up the road. Couldn’t be more convient for adults and/or children! Everyone who stayed was impressed! The pool wasn’t very clean but of course this doesn’t fall on the owners of the condo. We loved the balcony and the beach view 🏖

Dirty and needs attention.
Too many things to name, but this condo needs help. It’s disgusting in some areas of the home and the furniture has been through it. The only thing we liked about the condo was the location. Wouldn’t ever stay here again!

Nice location especially to beach. Unit was updated just need some minor repairs . Couch leg was broke, bed in spare room would not stay on the frame we had to dig some wood out of a closet to make slats. Shower curtain was moldy and fixtures in master bathroom were very hard to turn off

Please know that the property has been inspected and the sofa replaced the broken plywood with solid pine and re stapled the fabric down screwed on the leg. We will also have them check the master bathroom to have these issues resolved. You were nice guests, and we look forward to next time.
Convenient location but poorly maintained property
The location is excellent, but our experience with the property was a disappointment to say the least. The property is poorly maintained and kitchen utensils are very crappy and rusty. Everything inside the property is cheap and poor quality. The place is infested with cockroaches. Checkin process was terrible with the digital key not working. Property managers do not respond to requests. For instance, we reported power outage in some of our rooms, but no one showed up to fix it despite repeated calls and promises. I would never recommend this property!

A week before our stay we were notified that the owners wanted to stay instead, and we needed to relocate. Maybe this is a normal thing, but I was not prepared. I already request off work, got stuff packed, and was not prepared to plan to stay somewhere else. I picked this place based on location and convenience for me and my family. I booked this place over 3 months ago. I know how it is to try to find a place at the last minute at the beach, u get what’s left or pay much more. I felt this was very unprofessional of the owners to do to someone. It would’ve made more sense for them to tell me months ahead so we could plan to stay somewhere else. VRBO offered us another place on-site or some other properties (not at North Myrtle or far from convenience or beach access), so we stayed at the other property on-site. Sadly, the other property wasn’t very updated or clean, even though it was “newly renovated” it had mold around the shower, no ice maker, and sand in chairs. However, the place we stayed at was in a better location in the building than this one. This one is in a dark hallway that smells bad. The only good thing about this place is the location.
Nice ocean view and view of pool. It could use few updates in kitchen. Beds very comfortable.

The rental property we stayed in was clean, nice, and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. The only reason I can’t give the review an excellent rating was our dealings with Turnkey (the rental management company). There were no parking passes for us to use…..and both bathroom lights were out. While it was most likely a blown fuse, they were unresponsive to our request to fix/resolve the issue. We called and talked to a representative. Another rep sent me a text with possible locations to find the missing parking pass 5to be on the property/lot. They suggested that we write the info on a sheet of paper and put it on the dashboard and that someone from their local office would deliver a pass the next morning. No one ever arrived (and we were there 4 days). No one came or responded again to our multiple attempts to have the lights work. We had to use our phone flashlights when taking showers and using the bathroom.
The property itself was nice (4/5). The customer service we received was lacking (1/5). I would not rent through them again.

It was a great location. All of the other vacationers were very fun and friendly.
The condo itself needed to be cleaned better. The counter tops had a film of dirt and the floors were very dirty. I actually had to sweep twice before we even started to unpack. The TV service sucked. The location and other travelers around were friendly. The updated counter tops and bathrooms were nice. Needs to have a laundry washer and dryer in the unit itself, not a community laundry. Or at least offer 2 free washes for the wash clothes and towels through out the week. We will most likely stay at another condo in one of the Places at the beach in that location again in the future.

Overall our stay was great, great location. The guest bedroom bed slats were messed up the first night when our friends sat down to go to bed it fell at the feet. They fixed it, the towel rack in master literally came out of the wall as soon as I touched it to hang hand towel. Other than that everything was good. I would stay again.

I love where we were staying! Everything was as said in the ad but it could been a little cleaner the refrigerator smelled like seafood and the shower doors was not cleaned other then that we enjoyed it!

Overall, we had a great stay. Great location. Nice property. The photo is accurate. It's been updated with central HVAC and flooring. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was closed 2 days, but got to use it the rest of the week. The internet, wifi, cable and TV didn't work when we got there. Turnkey assistance did their best to help. Turned out, electrical outlets on 2 walls were controlled by a light switch...which was left off. Pretty clean overall, but approach and balcony needed swept. i would recommend to others.

I think the home and location was great, love that the property was off the beach.
My only complaint was not being sure if all bedding was completely changed, otherwise I was completely satisfied

We loved our stay at this property! Great location, everything we could have wanted was close by, just a few steps to the beach or the pool. We had a few issues when we arrived they forgot to leave parking passes but Derrick was super helpful and got them to us within the hour and even called to follow up!
Location of the property was excellent 2 minutes from the beach nice pool View a grill right outside a nice bar across the street in walking distance I would definitely recommend staying here anyone right up the street from everything
Didn't know unit was on 3rd floor (without an elevator) until after booking, only had access to the pool for 1 day, had a few maintenance issues upon check in but was taken care of the next day. Overall unit was good.

THe condo was exactly as pictured. It was a very nice and updated condo. The beach view is better than the pictures! This was a very enjoyable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and I was impressed with the amount of cooking utensils and dishes. You can definitely cook here because they have everything you need. The only thing that I found to be a problem was some of the cleaning crew didn't do a top notch job. I felt like the cleaning fee was pretty high and it should have shown, but it didn't. That was my only complaint. Other than that, this is an excellent property!
