Definitely would recommend, the pool is right across the street and the beach isn’t far either! Also, The neighborhood is quiet and calm perfect location for a vacation!
Property was as advertised and perfect for our family stay. House was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Easy drive to anything you want to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location to chill by the pool or a short drive to the beach! The sunroom windows go up to let the ocean breeze in!
The ice maker was broken. It was iced over and didn't make ice.

My stay was not good, the ice maker did not work even though i was told ahead of time it was fixed and working. I was unable to use any pans because they were all scratched and i have a young child and did not want to get her sick. There was no gas for the grill,and some dishes were not clean, i spoke to management and no one ever came to fix the problems. So property gets a B. Managment gets a F minus.

Amenities listed weren’t able to be used, the pool key never worked, the grill was broken, place was dusty and dirty all walls scuffed and dinged up, freezer door broken microwave door cracked plantation shutters full of food splatter, toilet seats scratched and dirty, no hot water in sink or dishwasher and no non rusted pans to cook no knives goodwill silverware
Just disgusting I want a refund!

Nice place with poor communication
We arrived at this location at 4:00pm which was the check in time. The cleaners were still inside the unit cleaning. We waited until approximately 4:15pm before we could enter the unit. The unit appeared to be clean but we ran into issues with signing into the WiFi. We contacted a representative from Vacasa and he placed a service call for a repair to be done. We were told that someone would be there the next morning. No one showed to make the repair , even after making a 2nd call to Vacasa. (No internet/Wifi ) for the entire trip. The master bedroom television could only be accessed by WiFi even though it had a cable hooked up. The master bathroom toilet tank would run off and on. The ice maker in the freezer was frosted over. The microwave door was cracked but worked fine. The property would be more appealing if necessary repairs were made and concerns were addressed by the vacation renter.

So much potential but frustration instead
VERY frustrated with the lack of a timely solution to a pool key that didn’t work - one of many things that didn’t work, including the promised grill that we bought $100 worth of food to have a picnic pool party. Neither worked! And no solution despite SEVERAL contacts with Vacasa. We desperately wanted this semi-private pool and yard. And didn’t get what we paid for. Ice maker also broken and sparse kitchen supplies and bathroom toilet paper - had to restock on our own twice. Overall, just so much to be frustrated about for our once-a-year vacation - a luxury for this single mom and daughters. Requested a refundi but surprise - no response!

Not good at all
The property was it self was amazing the house was very clean but the stay was awful we came down for a event for Memorial Day weekend a event we come to every year and when I booked the house I read the rental agreement very well and it said nothing about a HOA and that’s where my problems started as well as the neighbors that lived in the sub division except one neighbor she was very nice but everyone else looked at us like we didn’t belong there one neighbor stopped in front of us while we was on our bikes and said we needed to leave and go home as for me it feels pretty bad to not be wanted somewhere after you have paid 1,714.87 to stay at a nice and safe residence I didn’t feel safe or wanted at all from the day I checked in on Thursday until the day I left on Monday everyday it was something different I did not enjoy my vacation at all because I was mad everyday and as for I will never stay with this property or resort again.

First, the positive: This condo was quiet, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent; close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The neighborhood is very walkable.
However, the typical amenities fell far short.
The condo was quite cold the first night we arrived. We could not figure out how to boost the temperature of the the preprogrammed Nest thermostat (it was set at 50!). As a result, we were extremely cold the first night. Unfortunately, only one blanket was provided, even though there are three bedrooms. My traveling companion was forced to use towels to help provide warmth. Unacceptable! Thermostat instructions would have been invaluable. And a blanket is imperative for each bedroom.
The TVs were nearly impossible to figure out. By the fifth night we finally determined how to access the programming we wanted to view. Again, provide instructions!
In the kitchen, only one cutting knife was provided, and it was terribly dull. One knife? Really?
The unit has three bathrooms. Only three rolls of toilet paper were provided. As an experienced traveler, I don’t expect all my toiletries to be offered. But it won’t break the owner’s bank to offer an extra roll or two. I had food poisoning and nearly ran out of TP. Not good.
Ditto with bathroom soap. One tiny bar for each bath was offered. We were forced to use a smaller-than-palm sized bar for both the sink and shower.
The laundry room doors are faulty and were incredibly difficult to open. We actually had to climb on a chair to examine the top of the doors to try to unjam them.
Finally, I contacted Vacasa about the thermostat and lack of instructions. The customer service rep indicated that she would alert the a regional manager. However, we were never contacted.

We stayed here (two moms and two kids) while in MB for a baseball tournament. The place was very clean and spacious. Definitely lacked personal touches of some other places (no salt and pepper/vegetable oil or extra TP or beach chairs, etc.). Would have loved to have more information about shuttle to the beach or recommended local eateries or best beach parking. However, the place was clean and in a great location in Barefoot Landing and very much as advertised.

Loved where this home was located. I had 2 teens and they enjoyed barefoot landing.
We visit Myrtle Beach each year for a golf getaway with family and friends. This was a fantastic space with a great location! The unit was just as described and very clean. Great location not far from the pub in the resort. Nite that the twin beds are twin XL, which makes them more comfortable for adults.
I throughly enjoyed experience with this rental and Turnkey. Everything was well communicated and on-time. Home was beautiful and in a great location. Would rent home again!
