It's close enough for you to come home for lunch after a morning of fun in the sun; rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower and bring your plate to the picnic table on the patio under the house. Then, indulge in a luxurious nap in the hammock. The screened-in balcony is another great place to enjoy the summer breeze with a tall glass of sweet tea or lemonade while you enjoy a marsh view.

If you're budget conscious or just prefer a good home-cooked meal, there's a full kitchen adjacent to the dining area with seating for six. Other creature comforts include central AC and a private washer and dryer.

We had a fantastic stay at this home during our daughter’s softball tournament weekend in Myrtle Beach! The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and recharge after long days at the ball fields.The layout worked great for our group, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy to prepare quick meals between games. The beds were comfortable, and the home had a very welcoming, cozy feel.The location was also a huge plus—close to the fields, restaurants, and the beach, which made it easy to enjoy Myrtle Beach when we had a little downtime.We would absolutely stay here again for future tournaments. Highly recommend for families traveling for sports or anyone looking for a great place to stay in Myrtle Beach!

Overall we had a wonderful trip, great home for a family getaway and close to the beach. Quiet area and great patio under the house to hang out in the evenings and plenty of room for kids to run and play too. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as advertised my only issue was everytime the dryer was used the fire alarm went off they may want to upgrade the dryer and we had a problem with ants in the kitchen so bring ant spray other than that it was great.

Short but sweet

The property was ideal for our situation. It was one couple and four singles. We got our own bed. The house is the perfect size. Too short blocks from the beach with a public access path very accessible. They had everything we needed and would consider choosing this location again

As soon as we walked into the rental it smell like there was so many cats in the rental…. It had a really back cat urine smell. I been trying to contact the property manger about the problem , but all they can say is that , the manger will contact me and no one ever reached out. We couldn’t even relax in the common area because the smell was so strong . We didn’t stay in the house at all during the we only was there to sleep. This property is horrible. I will not recommend anyone stay there!

Not the best -pics are deceiving

So much to improve at this property. Needs to be closed for a month and deep cleaned, painted, repairs made, light fixtures covered, bare wires covered, blinds in kitchen fixed, carpets and furniture cleaned. It just needs real attention. Shame that it has been let go and patch repaired. Not worth the price. Neighborhood was quiet. 3 block walk straight to the beach. Lots of construction in the area. Could be nice but needs help.

Vacay 2023

We enjoyed our stay for a week with our family and dog. The property was clean and ready when we arrived and easy to gain access. I would say it is more like three blocks to the beach so make sure you have a cart or wagon to get your items to the beach. The refrigerator had two parts that were broken so there is one door shelf you cannot use and the center track for the bottom drawers is missing. Still useable but limited. There also is not a garbage disposal. The air worked great and the flooring was fantastic for the beach and rainy evenings. We loved sitting on the screened porch with coffee in the morning and our dog loved laying out there too. Overall, we had a great stay and would rate this property a 4 out of 5 stars.

Disappointing

The interior of the property needs care. The walls are in dire need painting. The rugs need to be the right size for the room so you don’t trip (in the den and in the primary bedroom). The window treatments don’t work and are filthy. The kitchen is not well stocked. I had to buy items I needed, such as a can opener. The local property managers were unresponsive and difficult when I tried to retrieve an item left behind. I will not do business with a property that is managed by Vacasa again.

So, so

House is pretty equipped with the basics and close enough to the beach. Cleaners could really do a better job. Floors were very dirty. We had to use a broom to clean them since there's no vacuum cleaner available. We pre-washed all the dishes and kitchen utensils as well as silverware before we used them coz they looked icky. Towels leave so much fiber on your skin. Some lights and electrical outlets don't work. Fortunately, it was the morning of our check out already when I found a cockroach in our bedroom. Killed it and we ran out of there 🤣. We made it work but for $180 cleaning fee, I feel that it could be a whole lot better.

Great beach house!

This is a great beach house with plenty of space! Just a quick 3 block walk to the beach! Outdoor shower to rinse off and outdoor space to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. 15 min walk to the store. Definitely would stay there again!

Beautiful Home

Great location & very clean. Absolutely, loved having our morning coffee on the screened-in porch while rocking in the rocking chairs. And then spending the evenings under the house grilling out. We loved the house & will definitely be back.
