PRIVATE Main-Level 1 Bedroom Suite

Private ground-level suite in West Lethbridge with a separate entrance and no stairs. Perfect for 1-2 guests, this modern retreat is just one block from Nicholas Sheran Park which boasts walk/bike trails, disc golf, fishing, picnicking and a playground. Suite features include a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi, and a 50" Roku TV. Enjoy total privacy in a convenient location just minutes from the YMCA, Cavendish Farms arena, University, Chinook HS, LDS Temple and Paradise Canyon Golf Resort.

The suite also includes:
A fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker to start your day right.
A private thermostat, giving you full control over your own heat.
A private washer and dryer are available for your convenience upon request.

The suite is a completely separate unit from the main home, which is occupied by long-term tenants. You will have no shared spaces. We are available to assist you via the app if needed but will otherwise respect your privacy throughout your stay.

We are return users of this small, simple, & well-staged place. It has everything we need (see our 5 stars), including the open space of Nicholas Sheran Park. It allows us our own space while visiting family & even surprise them with some homemade chocolate chip cookies.

I was visiting my daughter and it was close to her apartment so it was excellent for me.It could use a more comfortable sitting arrangement to watch TV. Otherwise accommodations were excellent, clean, quiet, lovely bathroom, lots of linen…towels etc.
