The pool, is right outside your door. Just outside your door enjoy walks along the famous white sandy beach of Miami Beach. Restaurants, shopping, and nightclubs are within walking distance of your studio. Just 4 miles driving from the Art Deco District and an easy drive to Key West and the Florida Everglades you can do as little or as much as you'd like during your stay here.

Great value for the price

Truly no complaints. Considering the price, this was a fantastic place to stay for the week in Miami. Everything was clean and as described in the posting. Will definitely consider this property again in the future.

On the beach-best aspect

Property was a little run down but overall for the price, it's a good deal. Location is convenient and access to pool and right out to the beach is wonderful. Sliding doors to the balconies were next to impossible to open.

Nice location, good communication, but..

My family and I enjoyed our time in Miami. The Vrbo had a great beach/pool view and was able to comfortably accommodate to a family of five. That being said, the Vrbo needed an update in appliances (faulty plumbing and drying machine/oven vent out of order) and lacked in an overall sense of cleanliness. Great place and great price, but in need of some renovation.

Great location, not so great place.

Our townhouse was very rundown, had many things wrong and in need of repair. Ok price for awesome location. Having two separate bedrooms was on my priority list for a rental property. But sleeping areas were up steep, crappy stairs. Upstairs balcony going outside, was broken, and you could not go out on it, lower balcony railing was loose and if leaned on, would likely break. Very hazardous! Cheap beds. Beds frames and decor looked like they were from Goodwill! On positive note, good water pressure, and water tasted fine. We felt safe. Great ocean view!! Coffee pot very basic, and took 30 full minutes to make a pot of coffee. Very cheap. This condo needs some seriuos renovating!

Location Location Location

To start, the location and size of this property are ideal. Right on the beach, ocean views, two bedrooms over two stories. That being said the property is showing it’s age and then some. The valet parking is expensive, the elevator to enter the property is broken, the lobby has a pretty bad smell, the pool is in dire need of repair, the balcony was being repaired (not the fault of the owner, but definitely cancels out the views), the location was further north than indicated on the vrbo listing, the internet in the unit didn’t work, and in the unit a lot of things (tiles, mirrors, beds) were broken. But it was a reasonable price, large, and right on the beach. So if your not planning on spending your time inside, which you shouldn’t be in Miami Beach, the. It will work. The owner did communicate well at first, but was unable to get the internet fixed and stopped communicating at the end.

Construction! Construction! Construction!

The unit has a million dollar view, but the upstairs balcony with the best view is closed for repairs. You cannot use it at all. The construction noise starts early, at about 7am. If you go, make sure you’re able to use both balconies, which you pay for. It’s very convenient to the beach and pool, but finding an opened condom wrapper in the closet and having to clean the place when we got there was not too pleasant. The owner was unwilling to credit any monies due to the inconveniences, but did answer in a timely manner.. Overall, an OK experience. The place is somewhat clean, but needs lots of repairs and updates, with noisy beds when you move around. There appeared to be what looked like mold in the AC system. Most of the fixtures were broken and several bulbs were not working. Unit has lots of potential, if issues addressed. Expect to pay about $35 per day for parking.

Disappointing

Overall, a disappointing stay in this property. 1.) When we arrived, BOTH porches were under construction & thus unusable. Still awaiting a partial refund. 2.) Needed multiple visits from maintenance to fix the AC & the washing machine. 3.) Property manager does not answer her phone and is not the fastest to respond via the VRBO app. 4.) The townhouse needs a deep cleaning at least but could stand to be updated. 5.) It does smell like marijuana throughout the property, which was a challenge considering we had a pregnant woman & young child in our party. 6.) The condo is in North Beach, not South Beach - anything you'd want to get to is a 20 min drive & the immediately surrounding area is underwhelming. The property is on the beach which is great but that's really the only redeeming characteristic.

Right on beach but run down property

The unit has a great location, overlooking the pool and ocean view, but the condo itself is aged and not well cleaned. Inside the condo it is very rundown. Furniture is all cheap, accents on the wall and decor is old and tired looking, The upstairs balcony was in the midst of some sort of long-term repair, and the property manager was not transparent about this. I asked six weeks prior whether the repairs were going to be done in time, and she did not message me until the day of arrival that the upper balcony was still under repair. The glass walls of both upper and lower patios were so filthy that you could not even see the ocean view properly. There is a strong smell of cannabis immediately in our hallway, and sometimes in our unit, likely coming from the unit to the right of us. The people in that unit had a very loud domestic dispute outside of our door in the hallway.

First of all, on this sites listing, the map shows it sitting right in South Beach, Miami. That and the price enticed me to book, even though the property wasn’t as nice as other listings. To my surprise, this property was in Mid-Beach, miles from the location in the listing. There is no on street parking near the condo, so be prepared to pay $45 a night for parking, although that is common in the area. The units air conditioner did not work on auto, so you have to turn it off when the condo gets too cold, and back on when it heats up, challenging at night. The keypad door lock worked sporadically, but the unit had keys. The oven burner worked sporadically. There were large chunks of tile floor broken. The balcony doors were really hard to open and close. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our stay. Only one bedroom has a television. The pool was nice, and the property was right on a nice beach, just not South Beach. There are many nicer options in the area of this condo that were similarly priced and much nicer. Overall we were disappointed. We may have been more forgiving if the location was as listed.

Relaxing and comfortable.

My family and I had a great time in Miami. The townhouse was right on the beach and had two balconies overlooking the pool. The townhouse has a perfect location to get out and explore. We had a car and we parked in the parking lot near by. Free overnight parking about five minute walk away. We had a great time in Miami and loved the townhouse. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for offering your home to us.

Great spot!

The location is prime as there are plenty of things to do nearby without all of the congestion of south beach. Ubers were easy to come by and cheap when we did want to go elsewhere. Townhouse was good and worked for our small group, but could use some updating. Same with the property as a whole, but overall it’s well worth it. I’d recommend this!

Bday Vacation

The townhouse is spacious and beautiful but, it could use a bit more cleaning and renovations. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The staff was somewhat friendly. Now the check-in part was a hustle. The reservation was made under a different name. Plus, the host had left a note on the system to charge us some extra ridiculous fees, which were never mentioned. She was ignoring my calls, texts, and email. After waiting 3 hours trying to get a hold of her, Vrbo was able to get her on the phone for a few minutes and then hang up. No apologies or explanations were ever given to us. Very disappointed with the management of this property.

this building is multi-use. Lots of people in and out like a hotel.. This unit is on main floor, so pretty good access, but also lots of people on your entry floor. 2 balconies overlooking pool with ocean view. Great pool, and beach access. That is the reason we booked here and it was as good as promised. Inside the unit, the kitchen is pretty well set. Tons of dishes and cutlery and basics of a kitchen, but could use a new frying pan, everything else from blender to toaster is there. If staying a week, and prefer to cook some meals, this is a good unit. Publics grocery store is down the street where we bought groceries paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper as there was minimal in room. One area that could be improved is cleanliness of the unit. The beds, showers, toilets were fine and clean. However, floors walls, doors, were very dirty, smeared and the futon mattress and chairs have stains. I had to go to the gas station across street for lysol and cleaner for every surface took me a couple hours to clean up but then all good. Huge Pros- in unit washer and dryer, great pool, lots of room for my party of 5. Cons- the level of cleaning and the reports about the patio doors and master bed (king) needing upgrades are all true. Doors very hard to open upstairs patio, and king mattress is very uncomfortable. I would recommend a stay here, I am pretty picky about things being clean, but you expect that for the price. If you want fantastic ocean views, pool for the choppy days, it will not disappoint. Trolly drops right out front, and we did not even get a car. I will be back.

Access to beach and views are perfect

We traveled with a group of 8 including adults and teenagers. The the townhouse was definitely large enough for the group with with the use of the the futon and couch for extra beds. It was great having 3 bathrooms. The views from both balconies were fabulous. The pool was easily accessible as was the beach with a very close walking distance. My only complaints are the lack of towels as we had to wash the towels each day in order to have enough clean towels for everyone and the hotel was not able to give us additional ones. Also there was minimal toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. The Publix grocery store is nearby and convenience store is across the street. The townhouse itself is somewhat dated and but a very nice place because of the views and beach access. I would stay here again.

Location location location

The property definitely needs work done to it. The other reviews are accurate about not being the same unit as in the picture & issues with the doors to the balcony. We had to go out & buy items that should’ve been there already such as some cooking utensils, towels to bathe with. The parking is valet only which will cost an additional $30/day that they require to be paid upfront when you check in Overall it’s ok, expected more for the price but then again it is the beach where a bottle of OJ is $6 lol Now the VIEW!!!!! is what made any issues mundane. When you can be awoken by the sunrise over the ocean from your bed……that was breathtaking each morning. The beach is less than 100ft from the pool gate.

Can be better

That unit wasn’t what I thought it’ll be, the beds were hard like a jail bed so I slept on the couch the whole 4 days, there was too many nets flying around upstairs in the bedroom and dead nets in the refrigerator and the toilet didn’t work you have to keep pouring water in the toilet to flush it… the bathroom wasn’t clean at all.. I wouldn’t stay here again the only good thing about this location is the restaurant in the building called chef Anthony kitchen.

Lovely place bad sliding doors

All was well but overshadowed by the doors to both very nice balconies required a 400 lb weight lifter to open. The rollers disintegrated years ago.

Hubby’s birthday weekend getaway

First I would like to thank Ms. Claudia for her help in turning to rectify the living room tv not working when we arrived at 3am. She responded to our text later that morning and got right to work on it. This was our second time staying with this owner in 5 years. I can say the couch had been updated, but the kitchen needed some work. The cabinets were still the same and a dated. They definitely need to update the pots and pans, two small pans are not convenient when cooking for 5 adults. The sliding doors definitely needed to be replace, they were in their last leg 5 years ago as well as now. Due to the inconvenience of the tv downstairs Ms. Claudia offered us another location, but it could not accommodate our group size and they approved a refund for 1 night. But other than those two things, we enjoyed the location, size and affordability. We will definitely be back. Thanks again Ms. Claudia.

Not the same place in picture. Clean, but uncomfortable bed and microwave didn’t work.

We stayed for four days. Overall, The condo was clean and very spacious. First off, we were not given the same condo that was pictured. It’s an entirely different one with the same layout. I felt that was very misleading and the owners should have the proper pictures according to the property advertised. One of our biggest complaints was that the microwave did not work. After looking at past reviews, others have mentioned the microwave not working, but I assumed it would have been fixed. I reached out to the owner on the first day, and I was told maintenance would come by. Another day went by, and still no microwave. I finally reached out again, and they dropped off a new microwave the day before we were supposed to leave. Another huge issue was the uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Again, many reviews stated how horrible the mattress was. You would think the owner would replace it after so many complaints, but nope! That mattress was so uncomfortable that I ended up sleeping on the couch downstairs. You can feel the springs penetrating your skin after lying there for a while. Also, the personal Wi-Fi for that particular condo did not work. Once I informed the owner, I was instructed to use the public Wi-Fi for the whole building, which is not secured. I felt once again we were misled because I was told there was private Wi-Fi. Also, there were multiple outlets downstairs that did not work. As I mentioned, the condo itself was clean, but there can definitely be a few upgrades to make it not look so worn. One good surprise was all the beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, blankets, and towels) that was there.

You get what you pay for

Kelly was much more responsive vis text than previously reviewed. The beach access and pool access are incredible. The property is a different unit than listed. Also the townhouse is very similar, some lights weren’t working, there were some plumbing issues and we had to use the building pubic wifi instead of the unit’s. Location is in quiet area if Miami Beach, so a 20 minute ride to all south beach and Wynwood attractions. Great for large groups that won’t be in the space much. Thank you, Kelly!
