Our apartment with direct ocean view is facing south.
The unit with 1250 Sq.Ft. (112 m2) has 2 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms. It has been completely redone.

We have one of the few real two bedrooms at the Roney Palace and each bedroom has a big window with ocean view.

On the huge double! balcony, with a comfortable lounge area, you can enjoy the view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets over Miami’s skyline.

Valet parking, wireless internet, cable TV are included in the rent.

The condo features a full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/ stove, toaster, cooking utensils and tableware.
Plenty of bed linen and bath towels.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom a queen size bed.

Huge flat screen TV with 3D capability in the living room, TV with flat screen in both bedrooms, cable TV, free high speed internet.

The Roney Palace Condominiums are connected to the 5-Star 1 Hotel South Beach. This entitles residents to shared common areas such as center pool, restaurants and services.

The large South Pool and the Pools of the 1 Hotel South Beach have free towel, lounge chair, cover, and umbrella service.

Across the street is the Bass Museum of Art, and only blocks away the Miami Beach Convention with concerts and shows.

To Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road Mall and the Art Deco district it is a 15 minutes' walk on the beautiful oceanfront promenade. Restaurants and shopping, bars and clubs … everything in walking distance.

The Roney Palace is perfectly located. Close to all the attractions, but at the same time a bit away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach.

Wonderful stay in Miami Beach at Roney Palace

We spent a little over a month for my husband’s work and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere in South Beach easily & the use of the wonderful amenities of the 1 Hotel was a definite bonus. The condo was well stocked and comfortable with beautiful ocean views. The hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Roney Palace

The property is very spacious for a 2 bedroom with a large balcony. Clean and recently renovated. There is an additonal renters application and access cards you must ask for through condo association, but that is understandable as this is a high end building with security and access to the 1 Hotel. The owner was responsive, helpful and wanted us to enjoy our stay.

Spacious Condo with ★★★★★ Amenities

My daughter and I stayed in Birgitta and Harald's unit while she attended Miami City Ballet School's program. The hosts were very responsive with any questions I had. The unit was very comfortable and wonderfully appointed. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped. I was able to work remotely with ease (desks and printer provided). The location to the ballet studio is just a short walk away. I loved the controlled access to the building along with the use of 1Hotel's amenities. We look forward to staying there again soon.

Best apartment in Miami Beach!

We did long-terms stays in multiple different apartments in Miami while living and working remotely during COVID. Birgitta and Harald's apartment at Roney Palace was by far the best! We especially enjoyed the renovated kitchen, lovely balcony, and amenities shared with the 1 Hotel. Hope to stay here again soon!

Great South Beach 2 Bedroom

This is a great apartment in the perfect location on South Beach. Great views, with an extra large terrace that gets sun all day. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Birgitta and Harald were great hosts, if anything came up they were quick to respond. I would definitely recommend their apartment!

Beautiful!!!!!

We spent 10 days in the lovely condo. It is very spacious and actually nicer than the pictures posted on VRBO. We were met at the condo with a very nice gentleman who gave us our keys and information about the Roney Palace as well as details about the condo. We also had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived, such a nice touch. The bedrooms are very nice, confortable beds and pillows. We had plenty of linens, the kitchen had nice china and tableware. The three pools were outstanding. We enjoyed the large balcony and lounge area, wonderful views. I would definitely stay here and again and highly recommend it. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo.

Perfect vacation spot!

My family and I have just finished a two month lease in this fabulous condo. The apartment is modern, spacious and very well appointed. The double balcony with lounge area overlooks the pool and ocean with the most outstanding sunsets. The location in south beach is fantastic, no car needed. The owners are wonderful and have a property manager in Miami to help out should you have any problems. This is our third year renting the same unit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great, hassle free vacation!!!!

A Penthouse feel in this roomy very stylish condo

My wife and I stayed in this condo for a trade show/vacation and we found that it was the best place for us to work and play. We made use of the business friendly items such as printer and fast interent so we really could not complain about anything here. The rooms and furniture had a great style and the kitchen was like being at home. I would recommend this unit to any discriminating person. The beach was just below in front of the unit so being on the beach was very easy to do and it is also great for beach runners. We did not rent a car since we were close to everything(parking spot comes with unit). The owners were wonderful and provided us with prompt help or answering questions we had. I would highly recommned this unit.

Excellent property in South Beach!

My family and I recently stayed in this condo and I highly recommend it. The pictures are real and the condo is even better in person, it is really spacious, well maintained, and very clean and newly renovated with high end European bath pieces. The kitchen is well equipped, and is perfect to go with friends or family. My two year old really enjoyed the pool, beach and condo and even though is not child-proof there isn't really anything breakable or pointy. But don't get me wrong, this is a totally neat place for traveling friends and enjoying the SoBe nightlife. I would love to come back in the future!
